Sometimes I really pray that none of the mobile team support can call me or even I will ban them from calling me one day coz whenever I have spoken to them, I will surely fall sick on the same day. I will be extremely disappointed and distress as I have observed it recently. All my friends aware of that as well...

I really don't understand why they called me for as she don't even know anything about my mobile issue at all through our conversation as I need to explain to her once again...

Subsequently she upset me coz I know that she just wanted to entertain me in such an unprofessional manner but she is so tactless...

This is so call hypocrite as I really hate that from the beginning...!!!

I wonder why everyone act and behave just like that...???

As a customer, I am extremely angry and disappointed with all these crappy excuses so far that they have given me through email and our conversation...

I told them to fix problems as not always blame my handphone or sim card caused the problem all the time...!!

Do you think I will love Starhub...? I will surely hate Starhub Mobile one day...!!!

No initiative + Tactless + Hypocrite ... This is what I can comments about...~

Especially when I get to know more hypocrite friends, my brain cell will stumble most of the time whenever I see them or talk to them...

What can I do as this is part of my life journey that I need to walk through whether it will be in danger or threatening circumstances...

But the one and only thing that I know in my heart will be God will be with me whenever I feel despair. God love will embrace me forever...~

Today... Tuesday, 24 November 2009...~

This will be the last care group meeting for this year as we have shared and gathered and have fellowship this evening. I get to know and see more new members there...

I am quite pleased coz all my prayer come through as I don't have to answer any tedious question from our leader, Shawn Ang today.

Whenever I am sick, I will have giddy, headache and fever all the time...

I will be distress and disappointed at the same time as I won't be able to get well so soon...

My mind will be piling up with lots of query and unhappiness things. I will lost sleep totally for few days...

Hi Mr Terry

I would like to share this problem with you...

I am rather disappointed with so many bad incidents that have happened to me recently...

I have tried to send sms through my Prepaid Green Card on 16 November 2009 in the morning but the sim card has been suspended by Mobile Team since 31 October 2009 as I totally not aware of it after I have spoken to Taufik at 9.35 am on the same day...

It seems a grave mistake that Hayden has suspended my sim card accidentally when Taufik called me on Monday, 16 November 2009 at 6.32 pm to feedback to me the incident happening...

Even though I am calm and cool after I have spoken to Taufik, I feel rather puzzled after I have think over it once again...!

Even for my Postpaid Card, I am still having sms non-receiving, sending and mms delaying issue so far as Mobile Team always give me the good excuses that as long as I will be able to send out the mms, its not a problem at all...! For the delaying issue, I am rather curious to know the answer but nobody will be able to assist me so far...! I am truly upset with all those bad incidents as well...

Mobile Customer Care don't have any proper system and good security procedure as such a serious issue won't happen in future...???

Today... Saturday, 21 November 2009...~

I am getting more sick this few days. I am still having giddy, headache and fever almost everyday. Probably its because I have spent too much time playing Facebook's game or even too exhausted to handle those hypocrite people recently...

Sometimes, I don't feel like to wake up so early in the morning as I will be able to rest and sleep for at least 48 hours without any meal. My weight has gone down as most of my friends aware of that. I have learnt to take supper more often nowadays...

I look rather grumpy and gloomy all the time coz of many bad incidents trouble me lately...

How can I be cheerful and joyful at this time...?

Today... Saturday, 21 November 2009...~

After I have spoken to Michelle from Mobile Customer Service in the evening, I have headache, giddy and high fever after our conversation ended...

I must be very angry and disappointed until I had fall sick finally as I sms to all my best friends the same night...

I need to rest and get back to sleep early coz I need to go to church tomorrow morning at Suntec City.

I have tried to sleep as early as 8 pm but I couldn't sleep well at that time coz I am still very upset and angry with them...

My fever had subsided the next day. I will be able to wake up early in the morning and look forward to go to my favourite church service in the morning...

I am rather disappointed with so many incidents that have happened to me recently...

Today... Tuesday, 10 November 2009...~

I have attended the care group meeting this evening with sadness coz I am rather upset with three little things when I have prepared to go out, ie, my care group leader has missed my sms and my email for the Christmas Pot Bless gathering. Someone, the nobody has sabotage me in a very unprofessional way as I am extremely mad with her but I must learn to take it in God's grace and mercy at last...

I won't be pleased as I need to go for the care group meeting at 8 pm. I look rather gloomy as I reach there...

The topic discussion for today is disappointment with people and God as what will you do...?

After the two hours of worship and discussion, I feel slightly more relaxing. I get to know another two new sister-in-Christ, Kathleen and Siok Bee...

Special English Service at Singapore Expo Hall 4...~

Today... Sunday, 8 November 2009...~

I have attended the Special English Service organised by New Creation Church at Singapore Expo Hall 4 for the first service this morning at 10 am...

When I was almost reached Simei Road and Upper Changi Road, there were traffic congested problem towards Singapore Expo. The vehicles were slow moving for more than 15 minutes...

My favourite bible verses for today will be Job 33:8-12 and Isaiah 59:14-16. I will be able to remember this beautiful phrase that Pastor Prince tell us... "Those who plow iniquity, give trouble..."

This concert service is awesome as I do enjoy it with my friend, Agnes and her mum.

We have our heavy lunch at Macau Express Cafe. Subsequently, we have planned to go Downtown East, E-Hub for some Internet game and chilling out there...

Today... Friday, 6 November 2009...~

I have attended the Grace Discovery Class at New Creation Church - Suntec City Mall Level 6 in the evening but they have missed my name. I need to register at the counter once again coz they can't find my name in the attendance list.

Pastor Joshua is the speaker for the Grace Discovery Session 1 Class. There are around twenty-five people in the class. Our lesson has ended as late as 9.45 pm...

It was a tired day for me coz I have slept late last night. I have been playing Cafe World until I become crazy sooner or later...

I have attended the sermon preach by Pastor Joseph Prince for the second service at 11.30 am...~

Today... Sunday, 1 November 2009...~

I have attended the sermon preach by Pastor Joseph Prince for the second service at 11.30 am...

As usual I will meet up with Agnes at the overflowing room - Gallery West Level 3. There are too many worshipper today as we are unable to go to small cosy room as we use to be seated there. We need to go to another room instead.

My favourite bible verse that preach by Pastor Prince for today will be Proverbs 3:16... "Long life is in her right hand, in her left hand are riches and honor." Another bible verse will be 1 Corinthians 2:6-14... Wisdom from the Spirit...~

We have our lunch at the Food Place at Raffles City. After our lunch we go shopping at Robinsons and have our tea break at McDonald...

We buy a lot of things from Robinsons Level 1 alone in the evening...

I have attended the New Creation Church Welcome Party at Suntec City Mall Level 6 with my niece, Lina and her classmate, Pei Fong in the late evening...

We enjoy playing the funny game with other members and watching the short introductory slideshow that host by Pastor Gabriel...

We get to know another nice pastoral leader, Lily Lai as she has treated us well and patience when we are sitting at the welcome lounge before the session...

My modem is stable and in good working condition ever since the last maintenance on the 15 September 2009...~

My modem is stable and in good working condition ever since the last maintenance on the 15 September 2009...

When I have tried to flashback my memory for the lost signal of the modem break intermittently since Wednesday, 2 September 2009 for the whole week, I was rather upset and disappointed with all those mysterious incidents that occurred to me at that time...

These mysterious incidents indeed made me turned crazy at times. I need to overcome it with fear most of the time...

I have to learn to stay calm and cool when I need to handle those unnecessary stress in me so far...

For all those mysterious happenings that occurred to me during the past months are indeed a mystery gift for me. As it will be an unforgettable memory in my life...

Today... Tuesday, 27 October 2009...~

I have attended the New Creation Church Home Care Group meeting this evening as I get to know more and more Christian friends there as well. There are twenty care group members attended the meeting this evening...

Our leader, Shawn Ang is discussing and teaching us more of God goodness and God favour be upon us always when we have faith and trust in the Lord...

We have a good time there after the care group fellowship supper as the meeting ended as late as 11.00 pm...

A bad incident and memory that occurred two and a half year ago when I first sign-up for Starhub MaxOnline Express Plan through the sales enquiry hotline...

Two of the Starhub Technician, Sofian and Shazari have been ill-treated me and behaved in such a very unprofessional way when they came and set-up the Linksys Wireless Network at my house on Friday, 13 April 2007...

Sofian arrived my house at 3 pm, he had tried to fix-up the modem and the router at my house until 7 pm but the wireless connection still can't set-up properly.

Subsequently, he brought another technician, Shazari who was much more senior to visit me between 9.30 pm to 10.20 pm but the wireless connection still can't set-up at that time even though he had already tried for seven attempts to set-up the wireless network at my desktop.

Eventually, they just left my house after that and wanted me to sign the blank Starhub Contract on that night when they had visited me. Of course I never listened to them as I will need them to fill-up the form properly then I will signed at last.

Finally, they will shown me a "back face" in returned as everything still can't work coz I was unable to access Internet even on that night.

I called Sofian the next day to seek assistance and advice but he simply referred me to Starhub Technical Support Hotline and even sms me to write-in officially if I was not satisfied with his reply at last..!!

The other technician, Shazari has given me a "fake" handphone number when I tried to call both of them at that time..!!

Is this the right attitude and behaviour to treat a new customer in this manner..? I am rather upset and disappointed with them at last..!!

I meet up with Agnes at Suntec Convention Centre Gallery West Level 3 today.

After the church service preached by Rev Col Stringer, we have our lunch at Just Noodles at Suntec City Mall. We go shopping together at Robinsons as I get to sign for more on all the purchases include Brands vitamins and Loreal skin care products...

I have a wonderful and enjoyable day coz I get to meet all my old friends in Robinsons store...

I am at Suntec Convention Centre Level 602 for the English Church Service with my niece...~

Today... Sunday, 18 October 2009...~

I am at Suntec Convention Centre Level 602 for the English Church Service with my niece, Lina and also her two classmates Pei Feng and Wen Jun.

I am quite angry with them so early in the morning coz the church service has started at 11.30 am but they arrived at 12.45 pm as Pastor Prince has already preached the sermon half way through and the Praise and Worship already over...

Lina hope that I will invite them more often to the church service coz they are unbeliever. This will be the second time she has enjoyed listening to Pastor Prince's sermon. She love his preaching coz his sermon is so lively and interesting...

Two years ago I was at New Creation Church, two years later I am back to this Mega Church once again...~

Two years ago I was at New Creation Church, two years later I am back to this Mega Church once again...

I would prefer to go to the service preach by Pastor Joseph Prince most of the time. No doubt the journey is rather too far away for me but I am pleased and spiritually filled with God's words when I was there in the service most of the time...

I enjoy the fellowship lunch and shopping trail with Agnes, Rix and Grace all the time...

Whenever the sermon that preach by Pastor Prince, I have observed that the queue will be rather long. My niece and her friends who visit the first time at Suntec Convention Hall like his humble and interesting sermon as well...

The favour of God always be with us forever...~
