From mobile support to billing matters... Almost everything they have done so far drive me crazy all the time...

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...

Dear Sir/Madam

As a loyal customer with Starhub since 7 April 2004, I am extremely upset and disappointed with all those crappy excuses that they have given me through our conversation with you on Friday, 2 July 2010...

I would like to highlight to you some serious and dishonesty act that I have experience at Cnc Tiong Bahru Branch on Saturday, 8 May 2010...

1] Nobody bother to place the 1GB Memory Card to the new Samsung Omnia II phone...!!!

2] Their customer service support staff are very dishonest and unfriendly. They reluctant to help even though I have already spoken to him on the phone that I was not familiar with PDA phone but Chris who called me willing to guide me when I was there. But all these seem to be empty promises...

3] They just ask me to look for Samsung promoter to assist me at last but nobody was there at the Roadshow during that time...

4] The person who served me don't bother to teach me on anything even though he had an iPhone with him. For setup of the simple feature like date and time, he don't even know as I really wonder why he was indeed so silly to tell me of just like that...!!!

5] Why I need to stay for almost 45 minutes as nobody know anything about this phone at that time. Even for those promoters at the Roadshow...!!!

6] Not many customers during that period of time as its not the matter of waiting that is the matter of handling me like an alien as I will be able to feel it... Even for the handphone pouch, they indeed so bold to deny out of stock!!!

7] Why they try to make up lots of story and give so many crappy excuses that are serious lies if you check through our full conversation once again. I am extremely upset and angry about their character and behaviour as from now...

8] Don't you think that they have been given lots of crappy excuses and telling lies throughout my compliant to you so far with lots of loophole in it... They just to deny of everything that they have done so far...!!!

9] The one and only serious and final way to be able to reveal the truth whether a person is telling lie will be using a Lie Detector if possible as I am bravely and willing to go through all these necessary process...

10] A Price to Pay for it as they are indeed so bold to deny of everything that that they have done become rather serious case right now...

Kindly look into all those matter seriously as I look forward to your immediate action against them.

Its all due to their unprofessional and dishonest act they have done to me on the 8 May 2010...

One of the sales person overcharged me for my newly re-contract Samsung Omnia II phone for the amount of $188.00 instead of $88.00. Subdsequently, he undercharged me for the phone pouch but they claimed that they never do so as I have already paid to the Whitesands Branch on the same day when he called me to chase for the undercharged amount of $15.00...

They never stamp and put in the phone warranty card in the box at last but they claimed that they have never detained any customer card so far...

They don't even know how to use the simple feature of this new phone even though Chris has promised me on the phone to teach me the general feature of it...

I wonder why he hold an Iphone but don't even know how to handle this simple phone to them as I will be able to feel that they just reluctant to teach me on the spot when I purchased this item from them...

Three of the OpenNet contractors (engaged by Singtel) had damaged two of the ceiling halogen downlight when they installed the cable point and trucking on 1 April 2010...

I feedback to OpenNet as I don't expect them to send an unprofessional contractor, Mr Lim to contact me directly. He don't admit mistake that his contractors had actually done it whether in purpose or accidentally...

Subsequently, he called my handphone number for more than seven times in a row... Follow by using another handphone number to call me continuously... Make me turned crazy at that moment...

The grace of God is defined as “undeserved, unearned and unmerited favor”. And one of the definitions for favor is “preferential treatment”! Today, God wants you to know that you have His favor on you. He wants you to know that He gives you preferential treatment which you do not deserve. And He wants you to depend on and take full advantage of it in your life.

God also wants you to know that His favor in your life can be increased. You can experience more of His favor from day to day. How? The Bible tells us in 2 Peter 1:2 that God’s grace (or favor) is multiplied to us “in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord”. The more you behold Jesus and His love for you, the more you believe and confess that God’s favor is on you, the more you will see His favor work for you.

So if you are a doctor, you will find patients favoring you and you will have more patients than you can handle. If you are a businessman, you will find people just wanting to do business with you because they like you and feel good about you. Then, you will have more business than you can handle and you will need to plan for expansion!

When the favor of God shines on your church, you will find its premises too small for the people who queue up week after week to attend the services! So when people wonder and ask, “What is happening here?” you can tell them, “It is the favor of God multiplied all over us!” And it is all undeserved, unearned and unmerited!

I would like to share this problem with you...

I am rather disappointed with so many bad incidents that have happened to me recently...

I have tried to send sms through my Prepaid Green Card on 16 November 2009 in the morning but the sim card has been suspended by Mobile Team since 31 October 2009 as I totally not aware of it after I have spoken to Taufik at 9.35 am on the same day...

It seems a grave mistake that Haydne has suspended my sim card accidentally when Taufik called me on Monday, 16 November 2009 at 6.32 pm to feedback to me the incident happening...

Even though I am calm and cool after I have spoken to Taufik, I feel rather puzzled after I have think over it once again...!

Even for my Postpaid Card, I am still having sms non-receiving, sending and mms delaying issue so far as Mobile Team always give me the good excuses that as long as I will be able to send out the mms, its not a problem at all...! For the delaying issue, I am rather curious to know the answer but nobody will be able to assist me so far...! I am truly upset with all those bad incidents as well...

Mobile Customer Care don't have any proper system and good security procedure as such a serious issue won't happen in future...???

I am getting more sick this few days. I am still having giddy, headache and fever almost everyday. Probably its because I have spent too much time playing Facebook's game or even too exhausted to handle those hypocrite people recently...

Sometimes, I don't feel like to wake up so early in the morning as I will be able to rest and sleep for at least 48 hours without any meal. My weight has gone down as most of my friends aware of that. I have learnt to take supper more often nowadays...

Someone, the nobody has sabotage me in a very unprofessional way as I am extremely mad with her but I must learn to take it in God's grace and mercy at last...

When I was almost reached Simei Road and Upper Changi Road, there were traffic congested problem towards Singapore Expo. The vehicles were slow moving for more than 15 minutes...

My favourite bible verses for today will be Job 33:8-12 and Isaiah 59:14-16. I will be able to remember this beautiful phrase that Pastor Prince tell us... "Those who plow iniquity, give trouble..."

This concert service is awesome as I do enjoy it with my friend, Agnes and her mum.

A bad incident and memory that occurred two and a half year ago when I first sign-up for Starhub MaxOnline Express Plan through the sales enquiry hotline...

Two of the Starhub Technician, Sofian and Shazari have been ill-treated me and behaved in such a very unprofessional way when they came and set-up the Linksys Wireless Network at my house on Friday, 13 April 2007...

Sofian arrived my house at 3 pm, he had tried to fix-up the modem and the router at my house until 7 pm but the wireless connection still can't set-up properly.

Subsequently, he brought another technician, Shazari who was much more senior to visit me between 9.30 pm to 10.20 pm but the wireless connection still can't set-up at that time even though he had already tried for seven attempts to set-up the wireless network at my desktop.

Eventually, they just left my house after that and wanted me to sign the blank Starhub Contract on that night when they had visited me. Of course I never listened to them as I will need them to fill-up the form properly then I will signed at last.

Finally, they will shown me a "back face" in returned as everything still can't work coz I was unable to access Internet even on that night.

I called Sofian the next day to seek assistance and advice but he simply referred me to Starhub Technical Support Hotline and even sms me to write-in officially if I was not satisfied with his reply at last..!!

The other technician, Shazari has given me a "fake" handphone number when I tried to call both of them at that time..!!

Is this the right attitude and behaviour to treat a new customer in this manner..? I am rather upset and disappointed with them at last..!!

I am quite angry with them so early in the morning coz the church service has started at 11.30 am but they arrived at 12.45 pm as Pastor Prince has already preached the sermon half way through and the Praise and Worship already over...

Lina hope that I will invite them more often to the church service coz they are unbeliever. This will be the second time she has enjoyed listening to Pastor Prince's sermon. She love his preaching coz his sermon is so lively and interesting...

Whenever I am at Emma's house using her desktop to play game at Facebook, I will realise that every website that I have gone to don't have any slow connection issue.

Especially when I am playing those Facebook game include Fish World and Happy Aquarium, the downloading speed is excellent and the fish movement are normal when I am trying to feed them as well.

As for the Farm Ville and Farm Town, no problem at her end coz almost every download and every game it work perfectly well. Whenever I am trying to compare to her about my Internet connection speed, I am rather upset most of the time. She is under Express Plan so far...

Whenever I am going to blogger to update or view through all those blog, everything will be excellent.

Sometimes, she will suggest to me as not to use my own Internet access just to meet her more often in order not to be angry and upset with the slow Internet connection that I have encountered so far...

Even though I have encountered slow connection problem most of the time, I am learning to be more patience towards the network. In the meantime, I have visited Facebook more often compared to the Blogger and Yahoo Homepage.

Sometimes, while I am waiting for the new game application to be downloaded, I will rather choose to take a nap as everything will be alright when I awake once again.

The trick will be this... As long as I'll be patience and wait, the homepage that I choose to go will be able to download sooner or later through my past two and a half years experience... Lol...~

Moon Cake Festival: A Mid-Autumn Festival (Chung Chiu), the third major festival of the Chinese calendar, is celebrated on the 15th day of the eighth month. This festival corresponds to harvest festival s observed by Western cultures (in Hong Kong, it is held in conjunction with the annual Lantern Festival).

Contrary to what most people believe, this festival probably has less to do with harvest festivities than with the philosophically minded chinese of old. The union of man's spirit with nature in order to achieve perfect harmony was the fundamental canon of Taoism, so much so that contemplation of nature was a way of life.

This festival is also known as the Moon Cake Festival because a special kind of sweet cake (yueh ping) prepared in the shape of the moon and filled with sesame seeds, ground lotus seeds and duck eggs is served as a traditional Chung Chiu delicacy. Nobody actually knows when the custom of eating moon cake of celebrate the Moon Festival began, but one relief traces its origin to the 14th century. At the time, China was in revolt against the Mongols. Chu Yuen-chang, and his senior deputy, Liu Po-wen, discussed battle plan and developes a secret moon cake strategy to take a certain walled city held by the Mongol enemy. Liu dressed up as a Taoist priest and entered the besieged city bearing moon cake. He distributed these to the city's populace. When the time for the year's Chung Chiu festival arrived, people opened their cakes and found hidden messages advising them to coordinate their uprising with the troops outside. Thus, the emperor-to-be ingeniously took the city and his throne. Moon cake of course, became even more famous. Whether this sweet Chinese version of ancient Europe's "Trojan Horse" story is true, no one really known.

The moon plays a significant part of this festival. In Hong Kong, any open space or mountain top is crowded with people trying to get a glimpse of this season's auspicious full moon.

First lady on the moon: It is generally conceded that Neil Armstrong , the American astronaut, was the first man on moon ( he made that historic landing in 1969). But that's not necessarily the truth to Chinese, who believe that the first people on the moon was a beautiful woman who lived during the Hsia dynasty (2205-1766BC)

This somewhat complicated moon-landing story goes like this: A woman , Chang-O, was married to the great General Hou-Yi of the Imperial Guard. General Hou was a skilled archer. One day, at the behest of the emperor, he shot down eight of nine suns that had mysteriously appeared in the heaven that morning. His marksmanship was richly rewarded by the emperor and he became very famous. However, the people feared that these suns would appear again to torture them and dry up the planet, so they prayed to the Goddess of Heaven (Wang Mu) to make General Hou immortal so that he could always defend the emperor, his progeny and the country. Their wish was granted and General Hou was given a Pill of Immortality.

Another version of this story notes that Chang-O, the wife of the Divine Archer, shot down nine of ten suns plaguing the world and received the Herb of Immortality as a reward.

Whoever the hero was, Chang-O grabbed the pill (or the herb) and fled to the moon. In some versions it is uncertain whether she ever actually got there, because Chinese operas always portray her as still dancing-flying toward the moon.

When Chang-O reached the moon, she found a tree under which there was a friendly hare. Because the air on the moon is cold, she began coughing and the Immortality Pill came out of her throat. She thought it would be good to pound the pill into small pieces and scatter them on Earth so that everyone could be immortal. So she ordered the hare to pound the pill, built a palace for herself and remained on the moon.

This helpful hare is referred to in Chinese mythology as the Jade Hare. Because of his and Chang-O's legendary importance, you will see - stamped on every mooncake, every mooncake box, and every Moon Cake Festival poster - images of Chang-O and sometimes the Jade Hare.

The old man on the moon: There is a saying in Chinese that marriages are made in heaven and prepared on the moon. The man who does the preparing is the old man of the moon (Yueh Lao Yeh). This old man, it is said, keep as a record book with all the names of newborn babies. He is the one heavenly person who knows everyone's future partners, and nobody can fight the decisions written down in his book. He is one reason why the moon is so important in Chinese mythology and especially at the time of the Moon Festival. Everybody including children, hikes up high mountains or hills or onto open beached to view the moon in the hope that he will grant their wishes.

To celebrate this sighting of the moon, red plastic lanterns wrought in traditional styles and embellished with traditional motifs are prepared for the occasion. It is quite a sight to see Victoria Park in Causeway Bay, or Morse Park in Kowloon, alight with thousands of candlelit lanterns. These "Lantern Carnivals" also occur spontaneously on most of the colony's beaches.

The lantern are made in such traditional shapes are rabbits, goldfish, carps, butterflies, lobsters and star-shaped fruits. However, in modern Hong Kong you will also see lantern in the shape of missiles, airplanes, rockets, ships and tanks. In Chinese mythology, the butterfly is the symbols of longevity and the lobster the symbols or mirth. Star-shaped fruit is the seasonal fruit in the autumn, and the crap is an old symbol of the Emperor, personifying strength, courage, wisdow and, of course, power.

I will be able to sense that.. Even they have reposition the router within that room, change modem and router as well. All the problem might not solved coz if the problem caused is due to the international routing issue. They definitely can't fix up much thing here..!!

Almost every morning, my brain cell is stumbling as I keep pondering over the same matter so much...

Even they are able to give me a nice report of everything, what can I do..? The conclusion will be meeting up with the technicians at last as I truly have lots of phobia to see them right now..!!

I might burst into tears or will be disappeared during the appointment schedule if I am not happy any moment now... I am not ready at this time coz I am rather stressful...~

Even I sleep, lots of wonderful puzzles come into my mind almost every single night. Sometimes, I will listen to those serious voice clips until I fall asleep. Sometimes, I will feel rather upset and burden in my heart. My eye fills with tears when I wake up early in the morning. I am rather tired and have headache most of the time. My brain and heart is bleeding all the time. That's why, I rather hope that I will be in coma as I don't have to think so much...

Today... Thursday, 24 September 2009...~

For quite sometimes I have not tried to send mms to all my friends coz I don't want to be upset with the Mobile Network once again...

I have tried to send a 78k mms at 1.25 pm but it takes more than 15 minutes but still unable to send out even though I have already left a Voice Mail for Andy and call up 1633 for MaxOnline tech support helpdesk at Philippines... The mms still unable to send out. I have to cancel and retry it for more than three continuous attempt. I am rather disappointed as well...

That's why I hate to send mms nowadays coz I don't want to be upset with the Mobile Network. If I have many more unhappiness happening and frustration, I will try to mms to all my friends...

Green Apple vs Red Apple... I prefer green apple coz I dislike red and the sweetness in it. I will rather choose sour to sweet most of the time.

Even though I favour green apple more but if those apples are rotten or too sour, I dislike it forever...

At last, I will need to choose Strawberry, Cherry and Nectarine. All red in colour now. They are my favourite fruits that have good source of vitamins C and good for health and well being... Lol...~

I hate to create fairy tale story or make up an illogically story for all my friends to support me. I believe in truth and righteousness. As God will be able to know and understand how I have gone through during this difficult time with bitterness and sadness almost everyday. With anger and tears almost every night. Even I turned crazy or admitted to the hospital one day as I told Emma that, she will know how to deal with them as well...

This is the true story and the feeling towards those unprofessional and hypocrite people at last...

Whenever I look at the modem and router, I am trying not to be so doubtful and creative all the time but I will be able to think and know something strange..!!

Whenever I try to monitor the modem signal once again, I won't be happy coz they really make me think so much at last as I truly don't understand why..!!

Of course I know that Starhub surely won't do that to me but for hunman being and their human nature, I can't trust them at all..!! I am trying to check my email and update some of my blog between 8.15 am to 11.00 am in the morning only as the Internet connection is slightly better compared to last night...

I am online when I am back home since 9.50 pm but the Internet connection for Yahoo, Blogger and Facebook is rather slow as it takes more than 3 minutes to download the homepage even though I have tried using Mozilla browser as well.

I have encountered "drop line" issue at 10.43 pm, 11.40 pm and 1.46 pm, etc... Subsequently, the laptop Taskbar has indicated Limited Connectivity at 10.40 pm and the wireless connection signal strength is Low (just 1 bar left).

I have received the following messages from the Taskbar wireless connection bar between 10.40 pm to 11.40 pm when I monitor. It has appeared intermittently...~

Identifying... Access - Limited Connectivity
Unidentifying... Access - Local only
Currently connected to priscilla... Access - Local only
Currently connected to priscilla... Access - Local & Internet

The Facebook online chat always appeared offline and break intermittently during the time as I was not able to gain access to any Quiz at Facebook so far...

I have difficulty access to anywhere at that time. Subsequently, I switch off my laptop at 12.05 am...

I have encountered "drop line" issue on Friday, 18 September 2009, the wireless network lost signal as shown at the Taskbar of my laptop at 6.20 pm. The wireless signal was recovered within 3 minutes after I have checked through the modem signal from the room that was stable at that moment.

Even I have tried using both IE and Mozilla browser, the Internet access was as slow as tortoise for the day...

The Yahoo Homepage, Facebook Homepage and Blogger takes about 3 to 5 minutes to download as well...

I have received various error messages from the various website, ie, Yahoo, Blogger, Facebook, Photobucket, etc...

I have tried to go to Neopets to play Destruct-O-Match III. The game site took quite sometime to download and response when I was playing at that time..!! I really give up on it after the game was over at last coz its rather too slow in responding on every level that I go to mostly...!! I really don't know how to continue once again..!!

I have received new error messages from Internet Explorer browser and Mozilla browser now...

Today... Saturday, 19 September 2009...~

I have encountered "drop line" issue at 9.45 pm, Taskbar wireless signal recover back after 3 minutes. Subsequently, another "drop line" occurred at 9.58 pm, Taskbar wireless signal can't recover back as I need to restart the laptop at 10.17 pm. The wireless signal strength is rather Low after 10.08 pm when I checked through the Taskbar. Lastly, another "drop line" occurred at 11.20 pm and 11.27 pm but the wireless signal recover back after 3 minutes later while I was log in to my Facebook and chat with my friend at that time...

I was online since 4 pm as the download speed for the Internet Explorer and Mozilla browser was rather slow..!! It takes more than 3 minutes to go to Yahoo Homepage and Facebook Homepage as well..!! It was rather tedious for me to wait and check at at time..!!

I never get prepared with such a bitterness heart at this time. I really don't know what difficult thing I will do when I see them or maybe what they will do to all my equipment as well. I really lost trust and confident at this time with many more doubts and new problem arise day and night...
