Starhub Technical Support... You're so...

I have faced lots of problems with StarHub Technical Support since May 2007 after I have terminated my service with Singtel MIO 1 and sign-up for Starhub MaxOnline Express Plan on the 12 April 2007.


Whenever I have spoken to the Sales Support for re-contract matter, Technical Support will always have something not agreeable with me...!!

Whatever things that the Sales Support have promised me will end up empty promises cos the Sales and Technical Team always don't support and cooperate with each other even now...!!

Especially for those senior technical support eventually give me some kind of unhappiness reaction at last...!!


I still can remember the time I have done Internet Speed Test with them and have sent lots of email to them.


I can be really frustrated due to all these simple matter to them but as a customer like us, they do not understand how we feel.


I have to waste lots of my times doing troubleshooting with them or even with various technical support.

Even seven years past, I still can remember each and everything clearly in my mind or even in my StarWar Blogspot that I have specially created for my unhappiness and sadness with them...!!


I can even ban them not to call me at the extreme pressure level that I am totally give up on StarHub Technical Support....!!


During Terry Clontz time, I have compliant since then...!! 

What else they want me to do at last...!! I seriously don't understand why...!!


Until a day I have spoken to Andy Chang in 2009...

The same story carry on until now...!!


It sound so drama for everyone or even all my friends who know my story with StarHub Technical Support and StarHub Mobile Support...!!


StarHub Technical Support... When can you improve or upgrade yourself to be a much more professional one day...!!


StarHub Mobile Support... I have been giving you eight years to improve but you don't until I Quit your Mobile Service on the 17 July 2010.


Do you want me to Quit the Broadband and Cable TV Service one day...??!!

I seriously don't know when I will totally give up or even surrender all my services with them...!!


I have been giving you rooms to improve but you'll simply can't make it...!!


I choose Red Apple and Green Apple cos I know that the Red Apple is giving me a very professional and good customer support...!! 


I have no choice just to choose Singtel Mobile for their good network and paying more subscription fees as for sure...!!


Do I wish to choose this...??!!


How I really hope that I can have all my services in one Telco and eventually save a huge monthly subscription for myself...!!

My total bills for Singtel rounded to $70 and StarHub rounded to $80 in my average calculation...

Total expenses will be $150 monthly just for the Internet, Digital Voice, Cable TV and Mobile Service...!! Is it cheap just for me to use it...??!!


Re-contract for 100 Mbps Cable Home Broadband and Cable TV...

My re-contract for 100 Mbps Cable Home Broadband and Cable TV signed and installed on the 26 July 2014.

I like the new modem and router.  It's simply slim and nice...

The cabling for the modem and router rather messy before I tidy it up...

It's still look very messy now due to the long wiring provided.

I will need to decide as whether to upgrade to Fibre Home Broadband after 18 months contract with Starhub or re-contract as it is after 21 months for the Cable Home Broadband.

I do hope that I can use Fibre Home Broadband at this time but due to the Fibre Cable Point is nearer to my TV console table. I need to give up on this plan right now...
