My highest achievement at FarmVille 2 as at 26 September 2014...

I have been playing this game since I have my new iPhone 5s somewhere in July 2014 as I think...

I like my co-op Group as we are all over the world and having different time zone...

Indeed glad that we are there to help each other...

The more I read their email, the more painfulness my right hand will be suffering now...

The more I read their email, the more painfulness my right hand will be suffering now...

I am indeed disappointed with those crappy reply as I can say...

As a customer with them for more than a decade, I must listen to them rather than I have any right to voice out what my frustration will be now...

I feel that it seriously and extremely unfair for me...

What will be the point there to fix the Fibre Termination Point previously as I am unable to use it now or even 18 months later...?

Why I need to use that Fibre Termination Point only when the IPTV commence...?

No words to describe about them now.  As I am sure that I won't be talking to anyone and anymore in the future...

I will just email them when things arise...

We refer to your email to our SVP of Customer Service, Ms Diana Lee.  We hope that your hand is getting better now.

We understand that the current setup on your MaxOnline broadband service is meeting your needs now. Hence you may wish to maintain the current arrangement until you decide to sign up for our Fibre broadband service. As shared in our earlier email, the reason for the Fibre Termination Point being installed near the TV console is to facilitate your signing up for our IPTV service in future. However, if you were to sign up for our Fibre Broadband service and if the wireless coverage is not optimized, the options for you will be to:

i. Install a data point which will run from the current Fibre Termination point to the location where the router will be placed, in order to provide a good coverage serving the area of your internet activity usage; or
ii. Make use of an additional wireless extender or repeater which will extend the wireless coverage to the area of your internet activity usage; or 
iii. to relocate the Fibre Termination Point to the location where your current cable modem is placed, in the event that you do not wish to sign up for IPTV service. 

We seek to clarify that the above mentioned options are available to improve the wireless coverage based on the current technology and the layout of your house . Please be rest assured that we will continue to offer our help to ensure that you have a  good in-home WiFi experience, when using our StarHub broadband service.

Based on your last conversation with our Technical Support Analyst, Lawrence, on 2 Sep 2014, we understand that you currently do not have any issues with StarHub Cable  Broadband connectivity.  The cause of your inability to get connected onto your wireless network has been isolated to your HP laptop.  We note that the rest of your devices are able to get connected to your wireless network and the Internet. 

We hope that we have addressed your concerns and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

I am extremely disappointed with those suggestions that the Technical Support have given me since 26 July 2014...

As a customer with Starhub for a decade, do I need to listen to different suggestions given by them due to my Fibre Termination Point issue...

I am so surprised that he has suggested for me to relocate the existing Fibre Termination Point as nobody is really helpful and tactful enough to understand my position now...

I am seriously disappointed due to their various suggestions to me so far...

From what I know, I will not be able to use the Fibre Termination Point even few years later...

What will be the purpose for me to have it done and fixed there...?

We have been arguing about this particular issue since then...

What will be my right and my stand out here now...?

Your urgent and immediate attention will be highly appreciated.

After reading your email dated 17 September 2014, it indeed make me feel more upset and angry once again...!! My right hand nerve pain become worst then...!!

What will be the main purpose and concern for you to email me and has suggested to me the relocation of the Fibre Termination Point but I might need to relocate back once again to the original place...??!!

I don't really understand about the IPTV issue but at least I know my right and my stand there coz I have listened to the Right Person who has originally suggested the Fibre Termination Point in the beginning...

If I have listened to your suggestion, I will regret in the future and I might need to face another relocation problem once again...!!

What will be the main purpose for you to give me those silly suggestions and finally tell me another new story once again...??!!

I think your department itself do not know what you're suppose to do and to give the customer the correct direction as not just simply ask me to relocate here and there in the first place...!!

I will make sure someone need to bear consequences at last if he is bold enough to responsible for his decision making now...!!

I will become more disappointed if we are going to discuss it further with me...

I suggested that Andy Chang is still the best person to handle me for all this complicated matters and issues.  At least he won't be giving me all those crappy suggestions and information at last...!!

I am truly disappointed with all these suggestions and informations from you so far...

If Andy can't handle me then who will be the best person to handle me now...??!!  I think the best person should be your CEO that I need to write-in to at last...!!

You're not giving me a good and final conclusion as I am rather sure...!!  I am still unable to use the Fibre Termination Point right now...!!

We are sorry to hear that you are not keen in relocating your Fibre Termination point or the installation of a new data point.

As shared, the alternative solution(s) recommended in our previous e-mails are the best available based on the current technology. Please know that the relocation of the Fibre Termination Point (in event that the new location does not have a TV near it) may affect your application for IPTV services in future as well.

We hope that we have provided you with sufficient info to make an informed choice.

I am rather surprised that you're the one who reply my email instead of Andy Chang...

I am extremely disappointed with all your good or bad suggestions to me as I hope you will be able to understand the customer point of view
before you've made this suggestions or even have some discussion with Andy or whoever in charged or know about my case well first...!!

I really hate all these nonsense or crappy ideal and suggestions that I need to relocate the Fibre Cable Termination Point to another location which is next to the new Cable Termination Point that Starhub have installed it on the 8 June 2010...

What will be the new story for me to handle it as my right wrist pain and nerve pain still there. It's tingling and numbness pain all the time...

I can't hold a pen or a spoon well at this point of time...

It's seem quite serious to me coz I can't even carry any heavy stuff at this time.  I am rather frustrated now...

You've giving me this good suggestions that have created more problems and troubles for me to handle it at last...!!

Who will come and clear those mess for me...?

I don't blame anyone as I trust your technical support mostly or even all the time...!!

What will be those creative ideals that you've given me now...?

You've let me think that Andy's suggestion is Wrong previously.

As for your good suggestion to me, I will need everyone to clear the mess for me in my premises if you're going to relocate it and mess up things in my premises...

I hate Starhub who don't admit mistake as like to give me lots of crappy suggestions and ideals all the time since then...

I won't be listening to you and relocate the Fibre Termination Point now and subsequently I need to relocate it back to the same place few years later or so...

I trust Andy and I believe on his suggestions and plan to me for the Fibre Cable Termination Point...

I can't simply listen to you and relocate here and there again coz I do not want to take anymore risk even though I don't need to pay for it now...!!

I do not wish to compliant any further to your higher management at last if I have no other choice when I am facing this same problem again and again with no end at all...

Please be more understanding and reasonable if you're really there to help me or trying to clear a mess at last...

We refer to our phone conversation on 7 February 2013, where we have shared that you may highlight or contact to myself should you require any technical assistance.

Pertaining to your Fibre Termination Point query, we understand that Yong Ming has shared with you on the rationale of having the Fibre Termination Point installed near to the TV console, i.e. in view of IPTV usage in the near future. However if you are still concerned with regards to the wireless coverage and connectivity via Fibre Broadband, you may consider the below alternative solutions:

i.    Installation of a data point to position your wireless broadband router in the centralized location
ii.    Performing a wireless bridging between your wireless broadband router to an additional wireless extender / repeater to extend the wireless coverage
iii.    Relocation of the Fibre Termination Point from the existing location to another desired location of your choice so that the wireless broadband router can be repositioned accordingly

As per your last conversation with our technical support analyst, we understand and have confirmed that there are no issues with StarHub Broadband connectivity while the cause has been isolated down to a particular CPE (Customer personal equipment), i.e. your laptop, as the rest of the devices that you have are working fine. We would advise you to check with the respective vendor for that CPE.

We wish to share that StarHub usually performs regular maintenance during the wee hours to ensure our network are in healthy state. We have checked that you had opt in to receive email notifications for such planned maintenance. Please be assured that you will be notified via email whenever your service is affected by the planned maintenance if any.

He don't even say about my right hand can't even carry any stuff at all as I will be recovered soon...

He has given me some kind of tablets to consume it...

His overall service is good and perfect...

The bandage that he has done don't caused any tingling or numbing effect...

Starhub... Wait for my recovery as I will keep fighting for my Right...!!

My right hand become worst now...

My right hand become worst now...

It always caused some kind of cramp or numb every moment... It's more like a muscle cramp now...

I hate this feeling as it truly terrible...

My right hand really so painful until I fainted

My right hand really so painful until I nearly fainted and cried...

There are itchy rashes on my right hand after I have taken out the bandage which is so tight...

For almost an hour, it almost killing me softly with ants bites as I can recall back right now...

I have wake up so early in the morning or perhaps a midnight due to some alert noise on my iPhone...

I remember I have typed an email until I fall asleep as I am not very sure what I have sent out earlier on...

I have a short-term memory lost whenever I feel upset and depressed at time...

I am still waiting for their good reply... So far they don't reply me...

Probably they don't know how to reply me too...!!

I have been monitoring my right hand since then...

I have been monitoring my right hand situation since then as I do not know what will be the main caused for that...

The sharp burning and swelling reaction indeed make me turn crazy at time...

I do not know as whether Dr Tan will refer me back to a specialist at last...

I truly hope that everything to be alright...

If I can't type or write using my right hand, what can I do...??!!

My right hand feel sharping pain if I am combing my hair and using my iPhone now...

I am depending on my right hand all the time...

I am trying to use my left hand to type and write as its impossible for me now...!!??






Wrist Pain since few weeks or months ago... On my right hand wrist... Pray for me...

Hi Andy

I am rather surprised as most of the technical support have told me that you're overall in-charge of them...!!??

I am indeed pleased to notice that as I can simply email you from now on...

If I do not have any technical issue, I won't be seeking advice from you at last.

As for my Fibre Cable Point Issue, its still pending even now... 

I don't know how to argue or fight for my right as you're the person who recommend me this point which is nearer to my TV console table area as I hope you still can remember it...!!

I don't think I will reposition the Fibre Cable Point in the future just for my Fibre Broadband if I need to re-contract in 18 months later.

Time fly as we will never know what will happen...

If I am going to choose Fibre Broadband, will I be facing any wireless issue too...?

Probably you won't be able to answer me right now...!!

I am rather concern about my wireless connection status as I am using Acer Tablet and iPhone 5s to surf Internet nowadays. Occasionally, I will need to use my laptop for some backup purposes coz I don't play games with my laptop anymore...!!

I realize that there isn't any schedule maintenance done in my area for quite sometime since 28 April 2014...!!??

P.S.  I have already updated my Starwar Blog since our cold war started in 26 July 2014...

When the time I can't trust anyone anymore...

I will be very disappointed if the person that I trust the most turn out to be a betrayer or hypocrite one day...

Anyone that I know of as I always treat them with a sincere and true heart mostly.

If one day I get to find out the person that I have trust the most turn out to a betrayer or a hypocrite then I might be changing my mindset of Trust and Believe in everyone or anyone here...

I will be taking more precautions in the future and I won't be easily trust a person from then...

Even though my tears flow down for those unpleasant and unbelievable truth sometime but I will be fine at last...

God will shower me with unmerited favors all the times...

I am too exhausted now... Playing my FarmVille 2 game till I fall asleep...!!

Due to my playing of FarmVille 2, my TV is usually turn-on till early in the morning...

I am always playing online game till I fall asleep...   With my iPhone either next to my pillow or drop towards the floor.  My TV always switch on coz I am listening to the 808 TVBS News all the time...

If I am not wrong, I have started playing this game since July 2014...

I am at Level 43 now...

I level up so fast coz at time i can play until 3 days and 3 nights past midnight as I am still awake...!! I even play until both my eyes closed...!!

Crazy and unbelievable of what I have done now...!!

I am telling myself as I will be taking a long break soon...

I indeed missed those online friends that I've know there too...

Miss you all one day...

From Firefly to Luvprisc again...

When I have the new modem and router installed on the 26 July 2014...

I am unable to use my Wireless Network username as luvprisc and I need to change to another username firefly due to some conflict issue pertaining there...

I have changed back to my existing username luvprisc since 2 September 2014.

Why I couldn't use it from the start as I need to go back to the same point at last...

One of the Technical Support guide me through the setting...

It's indeed so unbelievable and strange in the first place when the technical come to fix my modem and router, it takes almost 3 hours to do those configuration using his MacBook Air...
