What I hope for... ~

I hope that Samsung will be able to give me a good phone but this type of phone with various new problems always...

I hope that Samsung Customer Support will be trained to be more professional and courteous always...

I hope that Samsung Service Centre Support will be more professional and skill to upgrade or repair customers phone as well...

I hope that Samsung should have someone who is more professional and reliable to handle my problems not to create another problem once again...

I hope that the war will end very soon because it is too tedious for me...

I hope that God will answer to all my prayer...

Amen...

I need to wait and wait again...

Bernard is away for business trip as I need to wait and wait again...

What can I do...?

My fourth Samsung Z720 Chrome Silver handphone... ~

My fourth Samsung Z720 handphone give me problems since 7 September 2007...

Various new problems I have encountered whenever I have changed a new set...!

The problems for this phone...

1] Even though I have sent less than 2 sms, the temperature gone up to 39 degree Celsius...!

2] When charging time, the phone temperature gone higher up to 45 degree as I have seen it with my own eyes... The battery life is less than 8 hours most of the time if I am using it for sms and mms only...!

3] Slider of this phone become loosen now as I really don't understand...!

4] I have problems downloading and uploading pictures to my computer as well...!

5] Its take me more than 4 minutes to send out a simple mms as I need to go through few attempt then I will be able to send out this particular mms...!

6] When the phone temperature rise up to 39 degree Celsius, I need to stop using it and let it rest for a while...!

7] When the phone temperature reach the temperature at 39 degree Celsius, even though I have let it rest for more than 30 minutes, the temperature remained as I am rather surprised one of the day...!

8] Winter time but my phone always face Summer temperature all the time as I am rather frustrated and upset...!

9] If I am paying so much for this phone, what I expect...? Its seem nothing as I have to worry day and night... Fighting with Samsung now and then as everyone not happy with me...!

10] I don't choose to be like that if I have a choice as I need to face all these silly things... I waste lots of silly time too...! With Starhub and Samsung... But Samsung just don't care as I able to see that...!

This phone is really a 'flower vase'... Can see but cannot touch it...!

One good thing about this phone is so nice as 99% of my friends love this beautiful phone but of course they don't consider to purchase it for sure when they know my story with Samsung once again...!

Don't just punch me and give me a sweet or many more sweets...! I will be angry...! Especially I fall sick...!


If you can't handle me personally, don't have to send a Ah Beng or Ah Seng to insult or slaughter me just like that...!

As everything I have gone through during these six months of torturing and suffering is really real and true as everyone who see me and know me BELIEVE...

The most important thing is God knows everything that those evil people are doing to me since May 2007...!

Don't sent anyone who don't know anything to come and handle me in a very unprofessional manner...!

I am extremely disappointed about Dennis or Danny as I really don't know who is he...?

He sound more like a salesman who trying to persuade me not to use any of your Samsung phone as don't even give me a better solution...!!!

Is this the right attitude that Samsung Singapore is trying to chase me away from using your own products or he is trying to be funny to me...?

If you're really can't handle me personally or anything, please be more sincere and professional to tell me so and don't have to play hide-and-seek with me. The situation become so bitter and sour right now...!

Do you think I am very pleased if someone is paying me money to terminate my contract with Starhub just because of this silly handphone which nobody can really look into it seriously to solve problems rather than create more conflict and problems with Samsung Singapore once again...!

If you don't have confident with your own products, don't launch in this small market in Singapore as I am rather upset with his attitude and profession...!

I wonder who is he now...? Is he wanting me to conduct a Press Conference with him too...?

According to Dennis or Danny, Bernard has posted to overseas for 3 weeks or more... I have been waiting for his reply ever since 6 November 2007 when we last spoken on the phone...!

I have not hear from Samsung ever since I have last spoken to Bernard Chow, the Sales Manager of Samsung Singapore on 5 November 2007...

I am quite puzzled and upset as no solution has come from his end yet...! I really don't know why...!

As a customer of Starhub, I need to feedback to you this bad incident that I have encountered now...

I also encounter problem of sending mms to my friends at certain time...! It takes quite a while for me to send a simple 30b mms too...!

Ever since I have complaint about the non-recipient of mms on 7 November 2007, I have various kind of problems and issue of sending mms...

Usually, it takes less than 1 min to send out for a 30k or 100k mms, but now it takes almost 3 mins or more to send out just a simple one now... I also need to try at various time in order for me to send out this particular mms as well... Of course, I am extremely upset and frustrated too...

Kindly look into the matter seriously and I look forward to hear from you soon.

Ever since 5 November till now...

Ever since 5 November 2007 till now...

I have been waiting for my new phone to be exchanged again...

This will be the 5th phone as I am rather frustrated... Bernard Chow, Samsung Sales Manager is too busy to handle me after we have last spoken on 6 November 2007...

I am very puzzled and upset now...

How can Samsung Singapore handle my matter until like that... In a very unprofessional and inefficient manner...

I have to keep waiting for a new phone... Either a Z720 or U700...!

Even though the weather is so cooling during this Christmas season but my phone still very hot...

Network Problems... Phone Problems once again...!!!

I can't understand and don't want to know why...!!!

Either Network or Phone problems causes all those non-delivery and receiving of mms from all my friends...!

Ever since I have complaint to the Network Team on 7 November 2007... I have many more difficulty and problems sending of a 30B mms now...

I am quite sure that it should be Network problems and not phone problems right now but the Network Team seem to be extremely weird to tell me that their Network don't encounter any problems during that certain time that I can't send mms...

All the while I can't received mms until I have complaint to them I can received mms but have difficulty of sending mms right now...

If I have the choice, I will rather choose not to receive any mms at all...

But all these bad incidents happening till now is whose fault...?

I am very sure it must be the Service Provider problems and the Network problems as everyone can see and feel it...

They still need me run down to the Samsung Service Centre to check on my phone as I am rather upset and angry with their profession and ability...

From what I have explain over here, whose problems is that...? Network or Phone problems ?

What type of Kelong Network is that...?

Think for me... If you're getting this kind of Kelong Network Service, how do you feel...?

I guess you must be more frustrated and angry then me ya...

Kelong Network and Kelong Handphone too...! Am I right now...! Everything I have all seem kelong...

You think I will still stay cool and calm right now...!

Network clear but I don't received most of the mms even now...

Where are all my missing mms gone to...?

I don't know how the Network Coverage work too...

As I believe won't be so kelong right..?

My anger and frustration will rise up again and again as I need to try the Network Service on and on now....

I have been sending more than 50 mms or sms in a day now just to check whether I have received my mms or not....! I really can't count as my sent messages box was really full during this time...

If they like to do the testing of my receiving mms, why can't they sent me mms through different phone as well...?

Phone Problems... Network Problems

Whether my phone or network problems let me feel very upset and frustrated too...

As I really don't know how to stay calm and cool with many more problems happening in a day...

If you're in my shoe, what and how will you be keeping so cool and have peace in your mind...?

Any suggestion of keeping calm and cool in my situation here...?

I know that God in Heaven will knows everything even though I don't say a word...

Of course, I do pray that miracle will happen in the end...

I TRUST...

Whenever I am facing handphone problems once again...

My phone can't received ever since the third phone as I have collected from Samsung Service Centre as I think...

For so many months, I am not aware of it until few of my friends told me that they have already sent mms to me several time not no feedback and reply from me...

Of course until a day that I have something important to see and received, the person sms me again to check whether I have received my mms already and I said no...

Imagine how I feel as I not aware that my phone cant received mms at all but can only sent mms in the first place...

The Network Team for my line need to do something about it again...

I don't want to blame anybody for nothing but the fact is true that I never ever received mms since 27 July 2007 when I collected my new Z720 phone from Samsung...

I have received mms when I have renewed my contract on 3 May 2007 as the technical customer service support ever sent mms to me just to test out whether my mms is workable...

I am down in the Samsung-in-the-Wonderland or Starhub-in-the-Wonderland most of the time as I need to fight for the right and fight for the truth...

The handphone model that always caused and created problems is Samsung Z720 which is sold in Singapore and some other countries as I guess...

I would like to bring up to your attention about the poor and unconsiderate and irresponsible support in Samsung Singapore...

As I have already feedback many more email to Samsung Korea but so to-date nobody reply to any of my query so far as I am rather disappointed with Samsung International Support or even all the support in Singapore as well...

Where is the quality and good support as they have given to customer so far...?

A small gift for Levin Seah, mDR Limited...

Dear Sir

I really can't stand Levin Seah... His 'Do as his wish attitude!'...

He is very unprofessional, inconsiderate, irresponsible, abusive, hypocrite, arrogant and very persistence to ask me to go for refund without any good solution, and be more reasonable and understanding...

I need to source for a new handphone that I need, non-contract price will be very expensive for a high-end phone like what I am having now...! But he seems don't bother how I feel...!

Of course I am upset with his poor behaviour and attitude too.

In order not to have anymore conflict with him, I need to go for refund but all this final decision, not my will to choose it...!

I really have no other choice now...! I am extremely disappointed with his poor attitude and bad solution at last...!

He is so inconsiderate without thinking for the customer convenience as well...!

I am extremely upset with his conversation till I fall sick since Monday, 13 August 2007...

As a customer, I feel so unfair to make this final decision as I have already told him since the beginning... I need a good high-end phone more or less will be my final choice! But he keep insisted for me to go for refund all the time since he handle me on Monday, 23 July 2007...

He is so impolite and offensive most of the time and all the time...!

When he spoken to me on the phone, he sound like my enemy most of the time... He is rather serious and discourteous...!

My final decision and wish is to throw back the phone to them, make sure that the new phone can function perfectly well...! But his reply is rather discouraging all the time...!

What he can say about the new phone will be... "He can't assured anything to me that something will happened to the new phone once again..."

Samsung Singapore and Samsung Korea... Please do something about your Customer Care and Customer Support in Singapore for your Quality Services in this small market...

No doubt that this will be the 4th handphone that I have collected and exchanged so far... The main problems concerned still the heat-up temperature of 37 degree Celsius.. even right now...! What can I comments about the phone...!!!

Kindly expedite all my query and concerned to the department concerned in Samsung Singapore or even Samsung Korea as well... I have surrendered of sending so many email to them but no feedback or reply so far...!!!

I hope that this email won't landed in Levin Seah's hand one more time...

It took two weeks to order a new phone for me when Abby contacted me on 20 August 2007 at 10.00 pm...

No good news but a strange news for me when she called me so late...! I am extremely puzzled at that time when she called me...!

But she never talked to me for long... Just let me know that the phone will be arrived probably two weeks time at Samsung Service Centre...

Everyone in Samsung Singapore is having a conference and discussion about my matter and problems now because she has told me that they had a meeting about my phone problems on Monday afternoon...

Even I have made the final decision to use Samsung product again, they can't say anything...

What I am more concerned now is about their product but not the gossip or anything else...

I feel distress once again...

For almost more than a week...~

For almost more than a week after I have sent the confirmation email to Levin, to-date...I never received any call or any reply from him as I have expected since my last email to him on 16 August 2007...

I have many more frustration and anger whenever I have recalled back what he has treated me and whatsoever his reply and conversation with me when we last spoken on 13 August 2007...

My disappointments and unhappiness about all his unfriendly and unprofessional attitude and behaviour to handle a customer until this embarrassing and bitterness states... as bitter as a bittergourd right now...!

He not only made me feel so upset about their after-sale service and also provide a very bad impression for the company as well...!

I am frown and feel very uneasy with all their services even right now...

Whether you like it or not... This is my final and last decision...! You must be happy when I choose to use Samsung Product once again...! Our Singapore market is so small ya...!

My last and final answer still unchanged...

Option 1 - Exchange of a new set of Z720 (Chrome Silver) - with additional battery...

With or without any handphone also made me fall sick...~

I can't get a better 3G phone with your refund as I already ask my friends help me to source...!

I have so much confident with your Samsung Product since you have assured that this model is perfectly fine so far...!

Can't you have more confident with your own products rather than asking me to source for any other brand in this small market...!

Please don't keep pestering me to go for refund all the time and most of the time without giving me a better phone or a better solution as I have just renewed my contract with Starhub recently...! Nobody will be able to give me a much better non-contract price so far...! Even Samsung is giving me a rather high promotional price for Samsung U700 too... as I rather feel very surprised with your after sale customer support...!

I hope you are there to solve all my phone problems and not wanting me to terminate my contract with Starhub immediately...!

Since I have a 3G Sim Card, I will definitely go for a 3G phone once again... It seems that the Samsung Products is the cheapest in the market...!

My final and last decision still remained unchanged because I have confident with Samsung Products so far... Less confident with the man-kind support as I have already email Samsung International several times within the three and a half months of torturing with them...

I have already fall sick...

I have already fall sick and have high fever after my conversation with Levin on Monday, 13 August 2007...

I am extremely depressed and angry once again as I never get to sleep well even though I am ill...

I have to wake up and type out all my frustration in my blog...! In order to get away all my disappointment and unhappiness deep in my heart...

I really can't stand his..'Do as his wish attitude'...

I really can't stand Levin...'Do as his wish attitude!'

He is very inconsiderate, irresponsible, arrogant and very persistence to ask me to go for refund without any good solution, and be more reasonable and understanding...

I need to source for a new handphone that I need, non-contract price will be very expensive for a high-end phone like what I am having now...! But he seems don't bother how I feel...!

Of course I am upset with his poor behaviour and attitude too.

In order not to have anymore conflict with him, I need to go for refund but all this final decision, not my will to choose it...!

I really have no other choice now...! I am extremely disappointed with his poor attitude and bad solution at last...!

He is so inconsiderate without thinking for the customer convenience as well...!

I am extremely upset with his conversation till I fall sick since Monday, 13 August 2007...

As a customer, I feel so unfair to make this final decision as I already told him in the beginning... I need a good high-end phone more or less will be my final choice! But he keep insist for me to go for refund all the time since he handle me on Monday, 23 July 2007...

He is so impolite and offensive most of the time and all the time...!

When he spoken to me on the phone, we sound like enemy most of the time... He is rather serious and discourteous...!

My final decision and wish is to throw back the phone to them, make sure the new phone can function perfectly...! But his reply is rather discouraging all the time...!

What he can say about the new phone will be... "He can't assured anything to me that something will happen to the new phone once again..."

My First Samsung Z720 handphone (Snow Silver)

Ever since I have my new handphone from Starhub Shop, Tampines Mall on 3 May 2007, my phone encountered battery problems everyday...!

Even though I never use my phone or just sent a few sms, the battery gone flat within a day or even less than 10 hours...!

I went to Samsung Service Centre, Plaza Singapura to exchange a new battery on 22 May 2007 but all the nightmare still unsolved...?

Few weeks later, I encountered my phone LCD Screen (surrounding) almost all melted...!

Starhub exchanged a new handphone for me on 10 July 2007 and subsequently I have done software update at Samsung Service Centre, Plaza Singapura (As advised by Li En En and Michelle Ong to do so in order to make my new phone function well) but another series of nightmare coming out to haunt me again...!
Ever since I have my new handphone, I fall sick and feel sickening again with more new problems encountered again for this new phone...!

All the Navigation keys on the front panel, very shaky and loosen most of the time. Even the sliding bar also at loosen and shaky condition as I am very upset with...

Subsequently, I email to Samsung to make complaint. Centre Manager, Michelle Ong Gui Mun called me. She insisted that nobody dismantle my phone as I was so puzzled...!

Finally I go to do some investigation, I requested my friends, Mobile Shop and those who familiar with this phone to check through my phone condition again. We realised that someone has meddle with my phone, all the three screw and even the metal casing has dented mark on it as more than ten or even twenty of them checking through the phone for me so far...

Do you think I will be calm and cool to handle Samsung Service Centre at Plaza Singapura now...?

I am extremely surprised as the Centre Manager keep telling lie whenever something arise as I really sense that...! The Supervisor, Li En En who handle me two weeks ago disappeared ever since 5 July 2007 as I really don't know what has happened...!!! Every happening seem like hallucination for me as I really hate that for sure... I have enough of all these nonsense from Singtel ever since 27 January 2007 and I really don't want to have another new history happening again in my life as Li En En aware about it... But she just left and never reply any single email ever since 5 July 2007 as I really don't understand why....!!!

I really don't bother what happening at your end... As a customer, I have my right to feedback and complaint about your poor quality and services provided to me as I am very sure about that...!

BUT WHAT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE PROVIDE ME... IT MAKE ME HATE ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE NOW... FRIDGE, TV, VCR, CAMERA, PHONE, ETC... I REALLY HATE ALL THESE PRODUCTS WHEN I THINK ABOUT THOSE IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO HANDLE ME SO FAR...! THEY ARE REALLY ROT ROT ROT... AS I CAN COMMENT TO YOU RIGHT NOW...!!!

My Second Samsung Z720 handphone (Snow Silver)

This is the latest update of my rotten phone Samsung Z720...

1] When I need to go to my memory card, it will take quite sometime to download to my phone now... I am still using the same card, same memory as before when I have my previous phone...

2] It auto shut-down for few times as I really don't know how to count now... I was not aware of when I went to the movie this afternoon at 12.10 pm... I realised it when I need to check my phone after the show at around 3.00 pm...

3] All the alphabet key still remain shaky and loosen as it is since then... All the main key at standby mode still loosen... I really don't like the touch of this phone key right now... so loosen and shaky and so unstable...

4] It take me quite sometime to shut down my phone every night as I don't understand why the on and off button can't work even when I press it down for more than 5 times...

5] All incoming call that call in to my new phone, I really have a hard time to hear it even though I have set to the maximum 6 right now as my previous phone using the same melody I don't need to set to the maximum. I just set it to medium will do...

6] The Media Player... MP3 playlist hang and stop playing song after every single song...!

7] Even though I sent a 240k picture message, it takes more than 2 mins to send out just one miserable mms... Why...?

8] Till now, nobody dare to admit their mistake for dismantle my new phone for no reason. All the three screw are meddle by someone and the side casing bar is dented if you see it closely...! Warranty Void Seal has mark and cancel by your technician as I am sure...

9] After software update at Samsung Service Centre, I still encountered many new strange problems as I really hate it all the time... I feel that no point for me to go to Service Centre in future... Really waste my time...! I can't trust their profession to handle my new phone until this silly condition... The technician dare to cancel the Warranty Void Seal in my new phone which I have replaced it on the same day from Starhub Service Centre...! I am extremely upset and angry because my new phone have no trade-in value right now...! Who will bear all these consequences that the technician has done even though everyone has denied on everything as I really feel so surprised that Samsung Service Centre is so dishonest and unprofessional all along as I am very sure through all those experiences that I have gone through so far...!

I can't understand why... everyday have many more new problems to arise just within 10 days time for my new phone...

What I can comment about this Z720 phone is extremely super rotten...!

Do you think I should still continue using this rotten phone in future...? Even though I have bought the new spare battery, but I charged it only twice since May 2007. If you're in my shoe, how do you feel...?

I am paying for the phone and services not paying to argue and have to go for Debate Conference for no reason ever since then...

If I have a choice, I won't be using Samsung Products as I really can't trust their quality service and professional at all...

I have not planned for any Star War or Moon War to be happened in the near future but I can foreseen it...

Please be more considerate and understanding about the customer feeling towards this kind of poor product as I always encountered it previously as I have mentioned to your customer service officers before.

2] The temperature of the phone always rises up to 38 degree Celsius with a short conversation or even a few sms...

3] The back of the rubber stopper falls apart due to the overheated temperature of my phone ...

4] When I send a single sms, I can feel that its HOT all the times.. or even take pictures or browse through the memory card pictures file...

5] Even now, I need to charge my phone everyday even though I don't really have many calls and many sms received...

6] I really can't imagine and don't understand why my phone can auto shut-down by itself when I try to send sms earlier on...!!??

7] When I make a call, it hangs for the first attempt, subsequently then it will be fine...

8] This phone is good for 'flower vase' purposes as I guess...

9] Why all my three phone encountered many more amazing problems all the time...?

10] If really this phone have various problems, please recall back from this market immediately...

However this is a very recent new model and there would be a price top up required based on the difference price compared to Z720. During this past three and a half month,

I have been experiencing this same phone

with various new problems arising ever since 3 May 2007...

If this phone really consider so normal as what Levin has told me all the while,

why I have to go through all these various type of issue all the time.

I have to keep sending feedback to Starhub and Samsung International

almost every single week... or even every single day... Why...?

Levin is so very arusque and boastful all the time,

he can only advised me better not to use Samsung Products anymore

without any good reason and solution for me with a stupidity refund

If Samsung Z720 really have various rare problems

As I am very sure that this model of phone,

Reference to our Quality Inspection procedure for mobile phones, it includes a 15min call to check for the operating temperature of the product. The temperature is then measured to ensure all mobiles phones are safe and within specifications under operating condition.

In this case, it has been verified that the temperature for Z720 at 38 deg C is within our specifications during calls.

With regards to your battery drain issue, the battery should be able to last for 2 to 3 days of normal usage by calls and text messages. However, we would be happy to make a new battery exchange for you or provide you an extra battery.

I hate it without any good solution from them...


I really hate it without any good solution from them...

If this phone really have various kind of problems,

please withdraw it from the market ya...

Don't made me try and try like a 'goon-do' most of the time...

I am extremely upset and angry once again.

They need to wake up and do something now...

Why this phone really have so many and lots of new problems so far....?

I don't know why... one of the back of the tiny circle rubber stopper drop-off from my phone earlier on when I sent sms as I can feel that my phone is quite warm...?

Can you imagine how I feel as a customer right now...? The third time experience I have been facing this phone ya...

I am extremely upset with this Z720 phone... This phone model really have lots and lots of new problems within 3 months as I have noticed it since 3 May 2007...

1] The battery always caused problems as the phone get flat very easily within a day...

2] The phone temperature always rise up to 38 degree Celsius. Even I sent one sms the temperature will gone up to 34 degree Celsius too...

3] The phone temperature is super hot as I really can feel it with my hand most the time just for a short conversation of 20 minutes or less...

4] Even though I have sent out sms for more than 15 minutes, the phone temperature still quite high and the phone is quite hot too...

5] I need to sms under the air-cond or facing a fan in order to send a miserable sms...?

I won't give up on this phone as I really wanted to know the reason... WHY...?

Refund... Its can't solve any problems too...

I think you have noticed that I still face the Samsung Z720 phone problems... The phone overheated problems... Temperature at 38 degree Celsius for a 20 minutes short conversation... Even though this is my third phone already...

If Samsung Singapore insist on refund... Its can't solve any problems too...

I still need a high-end phone as you know about the requirement of my new phone right!.

I really feel so upset and frustrated about Samsung after-sale support once again... Levin can't solve my main problems even now...! But I still prefer Samsang phone... I have already used to the phone function and feature during this 3 months of practising and learning...

I hope that you will be able to advice me or feedback to Samsung Singapore. If this high-end phone is not appropriate for long conversation calls, what type of phone model can I choose right now...?

I won't be considering to do refund for my phone...

You aware that I won't be considering to do refund for my phone right...? Even for the worst, I will still choose Samsung Products as you still need to handle my problems if I really encountered various problems again ya...

I am just telling you the fact that I need a high-end phone with the same function and feature... Overall this model is fine but a bit too hot when I need to have long conversation...

I don't know what type of model you will be recommending me, having the same function and feature...?

I won't be so evil to stress you so much, but for the heat-up or burn-out issue, you still need to check out for me ya...

Probably, I will not be using the phone so often, and treat it as a 'flower vase' also not so bad ya...

Even though Levin Seah has agreed to exchange the handphone for me, I still have grieve and anger in my heart...

For the Centre Manager, Michelle Ong Gui Mun case... Why are they so irresponsible and dishonest all the time ever since she handle my case on 6 July 2007..

Whether she is giving me a personal attack or just like to give excuses on their mistakes and denied on everything that they have done to my new handphone so far...

Kindly admit all the mistakes that has already occurred and I don't have to go through all investigation ever since 12 July 2007 when I realised something wrong with my new handphone...

I would like Michelle Ong Gui Mun to give me a official reply and reason why she handle me till this worst situation...

Whether she like it or not, I am still Samsung and Starhub Customer... I can't really pretend that nothing has happened to me for the past weeks and forget about everything...

Either she apologise officially or tender her resignation due to her irresponsible behaviour and attitude when handling a customer till like that...

I believe that I still have our customer right to feedback and complaint whenever I feel that all those happening is so unfair and unjustice to me right?

It not fair for me to keep on going to Samsung Service Centre again and again for no reason...

Human being makes mistake but that is consider a very grave mistake for Samsung International Reputation in Singapore and all over the world.

How can they dismantle and do something to my new handphone without my consent and denied on everything that they have done...

I have a doubt whether they are update software or downgrade software to my new phone now...? My phone work very slow and in a very stupidity way...!

Just admit all your mistake and please don't push all the blame to me on the first place...

I will make sure that he paste the LCD Screen Protector in front of me... Otherwise, I really worry that they will do something funny again to my new phone ya...

I have many bad encounter with Samsung Service Centre so far... Especially Plaza Singapura... I can't trust their skill and profession now... But have no choice, still need to face the fact again...

URGENT ATTENTION TO SAMSUNG INTERNATIONAL CEO

Unprofessional, hypocrite and dishonest Centre Manager, Michelle Ong Gui Mun at Service Centre, Plaza Singapura

Ever since Li En En disappeared on 5 July 2007, Michelle Ong Gui Mun volunteered to take over En En to handle my case and problems till very disintegration as I can described to you...

She is a very cunning, hypocrite and dishonest Manager as I never ever see in my life so far. She can't even handle just a simple problems for me since 10 July 2007 when I fixed appointment to meet her at Plaza Singapura but she disappeared without giving me a note or reply through email or even call me before hand...

Christopher Zhou, Senior Customer Service Support handle me on 10 July 2007. He told me that Michelle was attending an urgent meeting, probably won't be seeing me on that day... Even though I stay till 5.30 pm but she was not back...

When Michelle called me on the 16 July 2007, she told me that on 10 July 2007, she was on medical leave caused by sore eyes...!

I am extremely puzzled about what she told me and also what Christopher has spoken to be on 10 July 2007. When I asked about En En, Christopher told me that she was on 2 weeks urgent leave but Michelle told me she was on 2 weeks urgent training...! I really can't believe who is telling a lie or a tale now...

When I told Michelle about someone has dismantle my phone but she has denied on everything. When I told her that my phone hang, she told me to take away my memory card instead. When I told her that the keypad so shaky and loosen, she told me not every phone came with firm keypad, ie, not all human being look alike is the same reason that she has given me so far... When she agreed to replace the casing but she can't promised that I won't have to go to the service centre again and again...!

How to talk to this kind of unprofessional, hypocrite and dishonest manager..? Why can't she handle me in a more professional way rather than I take out everything and better I choose not to use Samsung Product in future will solve all problems...

I don't understand why Samsung can engage this type of 'care less attitude' to handle me and to be a Centre Manager at Plaza Singapura the business district area...!

URGENT ATTENTION TO SAMSUNG INTERNATIOAL CEO...

This is the latest update of my rotten phone Samsung Z720...

1] When I need to go to my memory card, it will take quite sometime to download to my phone now... I am still using the same card, same memory as before when I have my previous phone...

2] It auto shut-down for few times as I really don't know how to count now... I was not aware of when I went to the movie this afternoon at 12.10 pm... I realised it when I need to check my phone after the show at around 3.00 pm...

3] All the alphabet key still remain shaky and loosen as it is since then... All the main key at standby mode still loosen... I really don't like the touch of this phone key right now... so loosen and shaky and so unstable...

4] It take me quite sometime to shut down my phone every night as I don't understand why the on and off button can't work even when I press it down for more than 5 times...

5] All incoming call that call in to my new phone, I really have a hard time to hear it even though I have set to the maximum 6 right now as my previous phone using the same melody I don't need to set to the maximum. I just set it to medium will do...

6] The Media Player... MP3 playlist hang and stop playing song after every single song...!

7] Even though I sent a 240k picture message, it takes more than 2 mins to send out just one miserable mms... Why...?

8] Till now, nobody dare to admit their mistake for dismantle my new phone for no reason. All the three screw are meddle by someone and the side casing bar is dented if you see it closely...! Warranty Void Seal has mark and cancel by your technician as I am sure...

9] After software update at Samsung Service Centre, I still encountered many new strange problems as I really hate it all the time... I feel that no point for me to go to Service Centre in future... Really waste my time...! I can't trust their profession to handle my new phone until this silly condition... Your technician dare to cancel the Warranty Void Seal in my new phone which I have replaced it on the same day from Starhub Service Centre...! I am extremely upset and angry because my new phone have no trade-in value right now...! Who will bear all these consequences that your technician has done even though you have denied on everything that you have not done it as I really feel so surprised that Samsung Service Centre is so dishonest and unprofessional all along as I am very sure through all experiences that I have encountered...!

I can't understand why... everyday have many more new problems to arise just within 10 days time for my new phone...

What I can comment about this Z720 phone is extremely super rotten...!

Do you think I should still continue using this rotten phone in future...? Even though I have bought the new spare battery, but I charged it only twice since May 2007. If you're in my shoe, how do you feel...?

I am paying for the phone and services not paying to argue and have to go for Debate Conference for no reason ever since then...

If I have a choice, I won't be using Samsung Products as I really can't trust their quality service and professional at all...

I have not planned for any Star War or Moon War to be happened in the near future but I can foreseen it...

Please be more considerate and understanding about the customer feeling towards this kind of poor product as I always encountered it previously as I have mentioned to your customer service officers before.

Services provided was rather disappointing and I felt that probably seeking assistance from CASE, MPs, MEDIA and PMO would able to help me in getting solution immediately.
