Everyone in there so hypocrite...~

Everyone in Samsung so hypocrite...

Just pushing me to send my phone for service without giving me a schedule date of completion!

Even the Samsung Service Centre at Century Square,

She also try to act with me and just wanted me to send my phone in for service and checking without giving me a reply as well!

When I ask her a simply question, she don't know how to reply and its take almost 3 weeks...

I still don't know the answer!!!

Since they don't want to commit anything, then don't give me any empty promises once again!!!

I am rather busy, angry and moody all the time with Samsung Service Centre...

There is a spare phone waiting for me there...!!! But I sill can't believe and trust them as they will really send my phone to Samsung Korea for inspecting and checking...~

They are trying to entertain me as I am rather sure now...

I will keep the phone in my safe instead of let them dismantles it with no reason coz they ever dismantles my previous phone as the keypad become loosen as I hold it, I'll be able to feel...~

How can I send the phone for service without knowing anything...~

Of course, I am rather angry and upset once again.

Because of the phone, it make me fall sick...

Because of the phone, so many people get involve for nothing...

Because of the phone, Samsung Singapore do nothing just wanted to take in my phone for service and dismantle my phone without any schedule date given to me..

I am extremely disappointed as I guess I need to throw another email to ask them or even write to their CEO...

What are they going to do to my phone...?

I need a reply from them as I need to email them but always NO REPLY or rather they don't want to reply to me...

I feel that it is rather unfair for me to send in my phone for service without knowing how many months they need to monitor the phone...!!!

Whether they will do it in Singapore or Korea...? I don't know...!!!

I have been asking for the reply since 3 weeks ago but till now NO REPLY again!!!

I really don't understand why...!!!

Nobody can answer this question on behalf of Samsung Service Centre...?

I am still waiting for the reply...!

I have already lost all my patience and trust with them now!!!

My frustration and cry can't shake anyone...!

If my frustration and cry can't shake anyone...! What can I do...?

I know that all my complaints and feedback will shake Starhub and Media one day...

But when the day come, will I still alive...?

Will I still able to forget everything that happen to me for the past ten months...?

WIll I able to totally erase all those bad memory in my mind...?

I really don't know because too many unfortunate things happening with no meaning at all as I can say...

I feel so stupid when I am rather despair and angry day and night for nothing...

Main caused for this incident... Samsung Singapore and Samsung Service Centre...

I really hate them...!!! No Samsung phone for me forever...!!!

When they handle me until so unprofessional and hypocrite, I already give up on their service and support...

I am extremely disappointed and angry once again as they call me without any good solution...!

I am rather mad when I need to wake up so early to prepare my email...

Who should I blame and throw all my bitterness and frustration to...?

When things happening, Starhub Customer Care will have to listen and read all my sadness and bitterness...

I feel that not so fair for their customer support as they don't produce phone...!

But their mobile customer support indeed excellent and patience...

As what can they do for me, I really don't know...!

I type and they read with tear as I guess...

I nearly flood them but they don't avoid me so far...

Pretty phone... Problems phone... Rotten phone...

This is what I able to describe about my present phone...!

Pretty phone and also a problems phone as well...

Whenever I have send more than 2 sms, the phone temperature rise up...

I will be more angry once again...

Whenever I can't send out mms or even take 1 hour to send 1 mms...

I will be more upset and angry once again...

I do not know what I will get at last...

But I know that this phone is rather rotten and indeed a worst phone that I ever have in my life...

I need to have debate conference with so many strangers...!

I need to be upset and depressed with nobody-to-me as I aware that...!

As I really don't know how to complaint once again...

No eyes to see, no ears to listen to...!

As you know that my phone caused lots of problems even since May 2007 as Samsung Service Centre don't know how to handle me right now...

They have promise to change the phone but they give empty promises at last...

I really don't know what to do now as just wait and complaint to Media instead...

I think you know my style as I am very persistence about this.

Just hope that the Media will do something to Samsung...

At least, you are not so bad compared to this stupid man who handle me until I need to complaint to so many people at last now...!

Very shameful and embarrassing for Samsung Singapore after-sale as you are not the one who handle my problems because you also don't know how to reply me if my phone really explode one day when the temperature rise up to 45 degree Celsius or more in future...

My health and my safety is more important rather than having a debate conference with Samsung Singapore or Samsung Service Centre all the time or even every month...

I really sick of that definitely and you too...

When Samsung Singapore handle me until like that, who will be more shameful right now...?

The reputation for Samsung Singapore will ruin because of your bad and hypocrite customer support who handle me in the later stage...

Not because of I can't afford to buy a new phone, it because the unfairness that I have encountered with the Samsung Customer Support.. Especially for Bernard Chow and Dennis Sew as I really don't know where this two persons "drop down" from....!. Subsequently, just say can't exchanged and stopped... Without giving me a courtesy reply as well...

This phone is poor performing in everyway, poor signal strength, poor reliabillity and poor Battery life. I have had four Z720's replaced by Vodafone because of various problems including dialing numbers on its own in the middle of the night and being unable to stop the calls as non of the buttons would work! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE!! I have had it replaced with the U700 this is slightly better

Stay away! poor phone especially on vodafone UK! I had the phone for 4 months and got increasingly annoyed with the poor battery life, horrible vodafone branded menu, poor build quality and small internal memory. Also my screen cracked 3 times without me intentionally damaging it. Had it exchanged for a new handset twice yet it happened again. All the functions work well and are what you would expect, except for the lack of flash for the camera. Had it on vodafone and even went to the lengths of changing the firmware to the original samsung UI to improve performance this did slightly improve my enjoyment of the phone. Call quality was unstable even after turning the network mode to GSM900/1800 and turning UMTs(3G services) off - thought it was the network coverage in my area but when I put my sim in my old D600 all of a suddden I had 5 bars everywhere! After the screen cracked for 3rd time Vodafone relented and swapped it for a U700 which beats this in every department. You won't notice how bad the z720 is straight away until you compare it to other phones released at the same time. stay away unless someone is paying you to use it. If it was a car it wouldn't be a mclaren-mercedes it would be a FIAT!

This looks great but thats the only good thing about it. The D900 which this phone has replaced is far better in terms of ease of use, camera, and signal strength. I sent mine back twice because of poor signal quality and in the end got frustrated enough to sell it. Very happy with the D900 on the same network. My advice if your thinking of buying this phone - DON'T. PS> The camera shutter is awfull and yes the battery life is pants.

After having received this phone as replacement for my D900 which took an accidental swim in the pool. I am about to send back the 2nd Z720 that I have received due to the battery being extremely hot to touch on both phones and also the battery needed to be charged each night. No protection or locking facility on texts, so unable to keep any special ones unless you delete them one by one. The camera is awful. I was told this phone replaced the D900 and the D900 was by far a superior phone. Now waiting for the U600 and reviews look pretty good. Only ever had samsung and don't be put off them just don't get the Z720

A note to Shaun. I presume you have sahres in Samsung or are are employed by Samsung? Please let me know how long your battery lasts. If you have no complaints about this phone you are an idiot. I would expect a phone's battery in the 2000's to last a minimum of 120 hours. I don't expect the 300 hours+ advertised by Samsung, but I do expect at least a few days operating life. My first mobile phone had a stanby time of 18 hours, not bad in 1991, (have you been in a coma since then by any chance?) but in 2007, this absolutely atrocious! For your information, my Bluetooth is switched off, as is the 3G function, unless needed. I presume you have the 1 phone that does actually work, congratulations, but please do not insult the intelligence of everyone who has submitted a review on this site! Finally a question. If this phone is as good as you say it is (I do actually like the phone other than the battery!) why did you only give it 4 stars? Also, you say the camera is "Excellent" It takes about 1.5 seconds to take a photo, by the time it gets round to recording the image, what you've taken the photo of has gone! I upgraded my phone to a samsung z720 on the 8th may i have taken it back once already due to poor battery life. I was told there must be a fault. I have tried persevering with this phone it does not have nearly as much features as my samsung d600 and the battery life is still worse than ever. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I can not put up with this phone for another 18 months!!!!

I saw this site right before I bought the phone then I didn’t think that reading the reviews that important. But now I extremely regret that decision seem that im not the only one annoyed by the very very short battery life I was led to believe that it has 300 hr standby time and 5 hr talk time, actually its last only a day. Did Samsung lied about the battery life?? or some just made a very big mistake for me its just wrong for a company as big as Samsung to just give false info. I hope they will change the battery so that it will last more that a day other than that it’s a good phone until you ran out of battery then its just a really expensive paper weight.

the battery is the most annoying thing i have ever encountred. got given this steaming pile of horse manure as a replacement for my D900 that i lost. id seriously recomend anything other phone than this. a Mate of mines just got a U600 ands its the nads

I find this phone to be annoying. Lots of people on here say "oh yes but for the battery life it would be a good phone" Well I use the phone for work and once the battery goes, its just a lump off plastic. I would recharge it from my ciggy lighter but dont want to set fire to my van. This phone will burn a hole in your pocket in more was than one. Music memory is poor as is sound quality. The main menu page has 12 items displayed of which I use six. Why did I choose this phone? Luckily for me it was a free upgrade, from my sam 500. Now that was a good phone. Im getting it fixed.

I've now had the phone for over 1 month, and the battery life is still as poor as it was on day 1! I have been in touch with Samsung, they sent me a second battery stating there must be a fault with the first 1, no difference. I have followed the charging instructions, strictly to the letter in the manual but no change. What could be an excellent phone, is totally let down by the battery life. Now I'm stuck with it on an 18 month contract, NOT impressed. I'm going to keep going at Samsung to see if they'll do anything about it. If anyone would like to be kept up to date with any progress I make, please contact me on my e-mail address, paulquigley21@hotmail.com or alternatively, if you have any information regarding the battery, please give me a shout and let me know. Despite my previous review when I first got the phone which was a 4 star rating, this has now dropped to a 2 star rating, it would have been 1 star, but at the end of the day, battery life apart, it's still a canny phone. If I had the choice now to return it, it would be in an envelope now winging it's way back to Samsung. Good luck to anyone who has the Z720, to anyone thinking about it, don't!!!

Well.. havent had phone very long but really dissapointed it freezes all the time and the camera takes ages to take the picture.. The battery life is awful and has had to be sent to the reapair center twice!!!

To Samsung, I was your loyal customer who has been using Samsung mobiles for years. I have again upgraded to purchase Samsung Model Z720 (3G) on 12May07 (Sat). As usual, after charging the battery for 8 hours, I tried to figure out my new handphone and play around with the settings. But the body of the handphone starts getting warmer and warmer in which i have never encountered! Within the short 10 mins it will get warm, and it was getting worse and warmer until i actually could not hold it. Imagine i was just playing around with my settings but not yet talk in the phone. I then went to Century Square Samsung customer service centre to ask what is the problem, next day on 13May07 (Sun) at 4pm. And the Manager (Mr. Liu Jin Zhi) said that the handphone itself has NO problem. It is the Model itself that the handphone body will get warm! He explained that the handphone temperature will continue to go up until 45 degree and it will maintain at that tempurature. He also said that even we submit our handphone to customer service, they will only exchange another handphone to us unless it has problem. However in this case, it won't be a problem because the high temparature is under the specification! If that is the case, one day if the handphone keep raising the temparature until it explode, will the Samsung or the Manager resposible for my death!? The manager even told me that there actually was a number of customers feedback to them that the handphone is very warm! Then did Samsung do something about it? I am very upset and dissapointed about this. I have just bought the handphone for One day and i am very dissatisfied with it. Still your customer service can do NOTHING about it. There were also brochure indicated that Samsung focus on Customer satisfaction, which is So ironic! I never expect that today as so high-tech mobile phone generation there is still production of such unreasonable product. I used to put my hp in the left pocket of my shirt. Is Samsung trying to kill the customer by warming their hearts? This is really ridiculous. I strongly request Samsung to change another model for my handphone. Because this model should not be launched in the first place. If you again mentioned that the warm temparature is under specification.... Please indicate clearly or written with Big words in your brochure or advertisement that "This model has WARM body, if you could stand it, you buy"! Appreciate your immediate attention to look into my issue and act accordingly. It is not cheap and cost me S$700+ to buy without plan! Please do not drag my case until then you tell me that I have bought for too long time. Again i emphasize that i have only purchase ONE day and feel dissatisfied and went to customer service the next day immediately. Thanks.!!!!

Nice phone, but insanely poor battery life. I would not recommend getting sucked in by the hype, it functions poorly in terms of talking battery life. An absolute disgrace, its such a beautiful phone!

Got the Z720 through the post just over a week ago and only used it for a couple of days as it started inventing text messages in the in box. I was getting 5 a day and they was all sent by someone called [50]. The battery was only lasted a day so I had to charge it every night so I have gone back to my Z540. Vodafone did offered to send me out a new Z720 but I have lost faith and will probably go for the D900. The Z720 looks the part but lacks a battery that lasts.

I agree. It's a great phone, stylish and easy to use and in many ways very similar to the Sony Ericson I upgraded from. BUT and this is a big but the battery life is terrible. I changed to this phone believing the claim of 5 hours talk time and 10 days standby. This is not remotely accurate. You have to charge the battery every day. For this reason alone I'm giving it a low star rating.

Had this phone a returned it within 2 weeks - terrible camera, slow responses, no flash, some basic punctuation symbols not available when texting, non intuiative menu layout and most annoying of all the "space" function when texting is a different key to ALL the other phones I have had - VERY ANNOYING. I had vodafone and no true web browsing - just vodafone live, all a bit pointless for an HSDAP phone

Nice phone and easy to use and i do like it BUT... Battery life is terrible, i have to charge it every day! It struggles to get a reception at times and 3G is near impossible even in places where my old LG always got good receptions and the camera is so sluggish its not worth bothering with but i would prefer to use a camera for taking pics anyway.

I exchanged my Sony Ericsson k800i for the Samsung Z720, and would be hard pressed to have made a worse decision. The pre installed software is appalling, the HSDPA functionality is completely useless and the 3 megapixel camera is a horrific blurry mess. The shiny black finish of the handset shows every tiny mark, the directional keypad is unreliable at best, non-functional at worst, the battery life is practically non-existant, the 3D games are jerky and shaky when compared to the same games on the K800i. Due to the fact that the casing marks so easily (and considering that I have attempted to keep the phone in pristine condition) I am unable to even sell it. Useless.

I will rather choose to refer to Samsung Korea, Media or CASE instead for sure...

This will be the final chance for them to make me feel miserable about the stupid phone once again...

This is the agreement that I have prepared for Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Singapore CEO for their final exchanged of my phone but at last they back-out as I really don't understand why they are truly so unprofessional and hypocrite...

I just presume that this phone really have lots and lots of problems as I really go through for the past nine months...

Samsung Singapore dare not exchanged again because they don't want to be so embarrassing when the mew phone encounter various problems once again...

I really don't understand why such a Huge International Organisation so unprofessional and hypocrite about their service and product...

Why can't they withdraw this product from the market and admit their phone caused problems rather then keep changing and changing without any appropriate reason and explanation...

The final conclusion ia rather so unfair and sour for the customer as well...

If Samsung don't intend to change the phone, don't have to give empty promises since last year...! As I have been waiting till now...

I also know that you're making fun and playing an unprofessional trick and game with me as well but I just like to see how unprofessional you will be at last...?

I indeed feel very sad and bad about this incident happening to me once again...!

Why Samsung so unprofessional and so hypocrite to handle my small matter until such a really big problems now...! As I really don't understand why...!

Why Samsung send so many unprofessional sale personnel to handle me till this miserable stage...? They have nothing better to do just to sweet talk me and give me empty promises so on and so for...?

If Samsung carry on this unprofessional attitude or whatsoever things they like to do, I really can't say anything at all...? Samsung can do anything they like to do without giving me any reasonable excuses so far...?

If you are in my shoe, how do you feel against this type of unprofessional and unreasonable after-sale customer support...?

Do you think I will treat this bad incident as nothing has happened to me so far...?

Do you think I will always remember this kind of terrible and unforgettable experiences happening to me at Samsung...?

As a customer, I am rather upset and angry with their services and unprofessional customer support as well...

Samsung Service Centre, Plaza Singapura and their after-sale support indeed very rot and unprofessional as most of their customers even scolded them personally in front of so many people around as I have seen with my own eyes when I was there in June 2007...!

When Samsung Service Centre, Plaza Singapura's Senior Technician dismantle my phone as I sent in for software upgrade...

The Centre Manager, Michelle Ong denied on everything that they have done to my new phone as well...! What kind of dishonest and unprofessional practise in their Service Centre...?

If Samsung Z720 phone really don't have any manufacturing or technical fault and problems, why must I changed for the fourth phone since May 2007 and even go to and fro to the Samsung Service Centre for no reason as well..?

If Samsung Singapore don't intend to exchange for a new phone once again, don't have to give empty promises to the customer since November 2007...?

I am rather sure that all the Samsung Z720 phone will encountered the same defect and problems no matter how many more phone I have exchanged and go through at last...!

If Samsung Singapore really professional enough, don't have to go through Starhub Mobile to show them and give empty promises to customer since last year and till now the final conclusion they seize it without any good reason...!

Everyday I am waiting for Samsung Customer Support to call me since last year..!

Its sound extremely stupid for everyone who handle me and helping me too...

It is indeed a very very weird and very strange and bad happening for me towards Samsung Singapore and Starhub Mobile too...!

Samsung can do anything they like and give any empty promises to customer just for fun...?

My handphone encounter problems and nobody or not even any senior technician can handle it for me as well...?

Till now... I don't bother to register my phone with Samsung as well because their phone indeed and truely very rot...



Summary Report for my Samsung Z720 Handphone


My First Samsung Z720 handphone (Snow Silver)

Ever since I have my new handphone from Starhub Shop, Tampines Mall on 3 May 2007, my phone encountered battery problems everyday...!

Even though I never use my phone or just sent a few sms, the battery gone flat within a day or even less than 10 hours...!

I went to Samsung Service Centre, Plaza Singapura to exchange a new battery on 22 May 2007 but all the nightmare still unsolved...?

Few weeks later, I encountered my phone LCD Screen (surrounding) almost all melted...!

Starhub exchanged a new handphone for me on 10 July 2007 and subsequently I have done software update at Samsung Service Centre, Plaza Singapura (As advised by Li En En and Michelle Ong to do so in order to make my new phone function well) but another series of nightmare coming out to haunt me again...!
Ever since I have my new handphone, I fall sick and feel sickening again with more new problems encountered again for this new phone...!

All the Navigation keys on the front panel, very shaky and loosen most of the time. Even the sliding bar also at loosen and shaky condition as I am very upset with...

Subsequently, I email to Samsung to make complaint. Centre Manager, Michelle Ong Gui Mun called me. She insisted that nobody dismantle my phone as I was so puzzled...!

Finally I go to do some investigation, I requested my friends, Mobile Shop and those who familiar with this phone to check through my phone condition again. We realised that someone has meddle with my phone, all the three screw and even the metal casing has dented mark on it as more than ten or even twenty of them checking through the phone for me so far...

Do you think I will be calm and cool to handle Samsung Service Centre at Plaza Singapura now...?

I am extremely surprised as the Centre Manager keep telling lie whenever something arise as I really sense that...! The Supervisor, Li En En who handle me two weeks ago disappeared ever since 5 July 2007 as I really don't know what has happened...!!! Every happening seem like hallucination for me as I really hate that for sure... I have enough of all these nonsense from Singtel ever since 27 January 2007 and I really don't want to have another new history happening again in my life as Li En En aware about it... But she just left and never reply any single email ever since 5 July 2007 as I really don't understand why....!!!

I really don't bother what happening at your end... As a customer, I have my right to feedback and complaint about your poor quality and services provided to me as I am very sure about that...!

BUT WHAT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE PROVIDE ME... IT MAKE ME HATE ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE NOW... FRIDGE, TV, VCR, CAMERA, PHONE, ETC... I REALLY HATE ALL THESE PRODUCTS WHEN I THINK ABOUT THOSE IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO HANDLE ME SO FAR...! THEY ARE REALLY ROT ROT ROT... AS I CAN COMMENT TO YOU RIGHT NOW...!!!

I do not know what Samsung will do to them, but I just to emphasize that... PLEASE BE MORE REASONABLE AND HONEST TO EVERYONE INCLUDE YOURSELF, LIE ON THINGS OR PEOPLE WILL BE EXPOSE ONE DAY AS FOR SURE... DON'T YOU FEEL GUILTY CONSCIENCE OR BE CONSCIENCE-SMITTEN WHENEVER YOU TELL A LIE OR DO SOMETHING WRONG AS YOU DON'T DARE TO ADMIT IT...?


My Second Samsung Z720 handphone (Snow Silver)

This is the latest update of my rotten phone Samsung Z720...

1] When I need to go to my memory card, it will take quite sometime to download to my phone now... I am still using the same card, same memory as before when I have my previous phone...

2] It auto shut-down for few times as I really don't know how to count now... I was not aware of when I went to the movie this afternoon at 12.10 pm... I realised it when I need to check my phone after the show at around 3.00 pm...

3] All the alphabet key still remain shaky and loosen as it is since then... All the main key at standby mode still loosen... I really don't like the touch of this phone key right now... so loosen and shaky and so unstable...

4] It take me quite sometime to shut down my phone every night as I don't understand why the on and off button can't work even when I press it down for more than 5 times...

5] All incoming call that call in to my new phone, I really have a hard time to hear it even though I have set to the maximum 6 right now as my previous phone using the same melody I don't need to set to the maximum. I just set it to medium will do...

6] The Media Player... MP3 playlist hang and stop playing song after every single song...!

7] Even though I sent a 240k picture message, it takes more than 2 mins to send out just one miserable mms... Why...?

8] Till now, nobody dare to admit their mistake for dismantle my new phone for no reason. All the three screw are meddle by someone and the side casing bar is dented if you see it closely...! Warranty Void Seal has mark and cancel by your technician as I am sure...

9] After software update at Samsung Service Centre, I still encountered many new strange problems as I really hate it all the time... I feel that no point for me to go to Service Centre in future... Really waste my time...! I can't trust their profession to handle my new phone until this silly condition... The technician dare to cancel the Warranty Void Seal in my new phone which I have replaced it on the same day from Starhub Service Centre...! I am extremely upset and angry because my new phone have no trade-in value right now...! Who will bear all these consequences that the technician has done even though everyone has denied on everything as I really feel so surprised that Samsung Service Centre is so dishonest and unprofessional all along as I am very sure through all those experiences that I have gone through so far...!

I can't understand why... everyday have many more new problems to arise just within 10 days time for my new phone...

What I can comment about this Z720 phone is extremely super rotten...!

Do you think I should still continue using this rotten phone in future...? Even though I have bought the new spare battery, but I charged it only twice since May 2007. If you're in my shoe, how do you feel...?

I am paying for the phone and services not paying to argue and have to go for Debate Conference for no reason ever since then...

If I have a choice, I won't be using Samsung Products as I really can't trust their quality service and professional at all...

I have not planned for any Star War or Moon War to be happened in the near future but I can foreseen it...

Please be more considerate and understanding about the customer feeling towards this kind of poor product as I always encountered it previously as I have mentioned to your customer service officers before.


My Third Samsung Z720 handphone (Chrome Silver)

I have exchanged another new phone on 27 July 2007 at Samsung Service Centre, Century Square as arranged by Levin Seah, Senior Manager from mDR Limited...
The defects of my new handphone to-date are as follows :

1] The Navigation keys.. Up, Down, Left and Right keypad on the main screen is becoming looser and looser each day....

2] The temperature of the phone always rises up to 38 degree Celsius with a short conversation or even a few sms...

3] The back of the rubber stopper falls apart due to the overheated temperature of my phone ...

4] When I send a single sms, I can feel that its HOT all the times.. or even take pictures or browse through the memory card pictures file...

5] Even now, I need to charge my phone everyday even though I don't really have many calls and many sms received...

6] I really can't imagine and don't understand why my phone can auto shut-down by itself when I try to send sms earlier on...!!??

7] When I make a call, it hangs for the first attempt, subsequently then it will be fine...

8] This phone is good for 'flower vase' purposes as I guess...

9] Why all my three phone encountered many more amazing problems all the time...?

10] If really this phone have various problems, please recall back from this market immediately...

11] I am not so free to test out the phone again and again just for the sake of Samsung Singapore all the time... Please rectify one good phone for me instead...!


My Fourth Samsung Z720 handphone (Chrome Silver)

My fourth Samsung Z720 handphone give me problems since 7 September 2007...

Various new problems I have encountered whenever I have changed a new set...!

The problems for this phone...

1] Even though I have sent less than 2 sms, the temperature gone up to 39 degree Celsius...!

2] When charging time, the phone temperature gone higher up to 45 degree as I have seen it with my own eyes... The battery life is less than 8 hours most of the time if I am using it for sms and mms only...!

3] Slider of this phone become loosen now as I really don't understand...!

4] I have problems downloading and uploading pictures to my computer as well...!

5] Its take me more than 4 minutes to send out a simple mms as I need to go through few attempt then I will be able to send out this particular mms...! I even need to take at least an hour to send mms too... Error messages occurred... Sending failed... No response! Sending failed... Forbidden!

6] When the phone temperature rise up to 39 degree Celsius, I need to stop using it and let it rest for a while...!

7] When the phone temperature reach the temperature 39 degree Celsius, even though I have let it rest for more than 30 minutes, the temperature remained as I am rather surprised one of the day...!

8] Winter time but my phone always face Summer temperature all the time as I am rather frustrated and upset...!

9] The phone auto shut-down and auto switch-on by itself when I leave it in my handbag! It happens a few times and sometimes it shut down by itself without auto switch on again...!

10] If I am paying so much for this phone, what I expect...? Its seem nothing as I have to worry day and night... Fighting with Samsung now and then as everyone not happy with me...!

11] I don't choose to be like that if I have a choice as I need to face all these silly things... I waste lots of silly time too...! With Starhub and Samsung... But Samsung just don't care as I able to see that...!

This phone is really a 'flower vase'... Can see but cannot touch it...!

One good thing about this phone is so nice as 99% of my friends love this beautiful phone but of course they don't consider to purchase it for sure when they know my story with Samsung once again...!

If Samsung don't intend to change the phone...~

If Samsung don't intend to change the phone, don't have to give empty promises since last year...!

I indeed feel very bad about this incident happen to me...!

Why Samsung so unprofessional and so hypocrite to handle my small matter until a really big problems now...!

If Samsung carry on their "tai chi" attitude or whatsoever things they like, I really can't say anything without your assistance and guidance so far...!

If you are in my shoe, how do you feel against their profession and customer support...!

Samsung Service Centre, Century Square not aware of anything regards to my phone problems so far and nobody knows about my new phone too...!

I am rather upset with Samsung Singapore when everyday past...

Nobody call as I need Starhub to handle the matter for me once again... It sound very stupid for everyone there indeed... Even Abby not aware of my phone problems as well...!

Do you think I will just keep quiet and wait till no schedule date given to me since last year...?

Samsung Singapore... I am extremely upset with all your customer support, technical support now...

I will never ever use all your products as from today...!

I will also inform all my friends about these bad incidents happen to me with Samsung Singapore...

All those people who handle till so rot...!

The super bad service award for all those people there who handle me so far...!

I really hate Samsung Singapore...!
