Ever since I was with Singtel Mobile since 20 July 2010...

I am indeed pleased with their iPhone Support since then...!!

Do you think I will simply switch back to Starhub Mobile one day...??!!

Whether Starhub is giving me a 50% rebate or discount on my monthly bills, I will never get to consider their service since then...!!

Reasons will be their Network is indeed Super Lag and their Customer Support are so unprofessional to handle a customer with Starhub for more than 8 years...!!

I think it's seriously more than enough for me to give them sufficient time to fix their Network Issue or Coverage Issue too...!!

Totally Give Up on Starhub Mobile then I choose to Quit it and no more compliant in future...!!

Why I can't get to see anymore professional and sincere Technical Support nowadays...??!!

Where are all those Technical Supports have gone to...??!!

Starhub is building a pool of unprofessional and hypocrite supports in their department now...!!

I am rather sad to hear that or even those Private Numbers who are trying to call me...!! How can I simply pick up your line now...??!!

I will rather choose to email than communicate with them through phone at this time...

I do not have any patience and time to entertain them...!!

Most of the supports who are trying to call me will be there to help or trying to be act very funny at last...??!!

I seriously hope that the Management Team or even the HOD will look into this matter seriously...!!

In order not to be so stressful and sick with Starhub CableTV, Digital Voice and MaxOnline Network Issue, my planned holiday will be coming up soon...

I know that I need to face the same problem when I am back to Singapore once again...

Life is indeed miserable to describe further if I am still with Starhub for another 2 years...!!

If most of the Starhub Customers are facing the same issue like me but they choose not to feedback and be quiet all the time...

My compliant, my feedback are truly sincere mostly.

At time, I simply choose to wait and watch it...!!

Even I choose Singtel, my life will be better...??!!

I can see that my modem is Restart by itself as my Digital Voice line is disconnected after 10 minutes later...!!

So upset and angry as she can't even give me a chance to speak out...!!

Starhub 1633 Hotline for Technical Support Helpdesk have diverted their calls to KL nowadays...!!

Ever since June 2009, this is the first time in my life as I have called this number again...!!

For more than 3 years, I have never tried to call Starhub Hotline as it turned out to be diverted to KL Office right now...!!

Indeed another nightmare in my life wasting an hour time to hold on and press the key 1 2 3 then at last get connected but the customer service simply ask me to hold on cos I requested for Singapore Office...

She ask me to hold on but a few minutes later she simply cut-off my line as I can see that my modem restart after that...

She can easily restart my network connection just like that...!! Not fun at all...!!??!!

Subsequently, I try to call-in once again, the line have diverted to KL Office as the customer service, Saiful just inform me that I can't simply hold on to transfer the call back to Singapore Helpdesk just like that...!!

Indeed wasting all my time and effort just to try and entertain them or just because I miss them at last...??!!

Seriously poor customer service support once again cos they can't even answer a simple question at all as why they are there for...??!!

A waste of manpower just to throw money there for no reason...!!

Must well trained more capable and knowledgeable support in Singapore Helpdesk at last...!!

Starhub KL Technical Support need more improvement and equipped with more technical knowledge as well...!!

I am indeed upset and angry with their customer support once again...!!

For the past few days ago, my Series Recording Program Record shown Blank Recording when I Playback it today...!!

As for Today, the Series Recording for my Program that I have recorded turned out to be Transmission Breakdown as shown on the enclosed photo...!!

I have yet to monitor what has happened recently for most of my recording now...!!

It's obviously not towards my Hub Station HD issue right now...!!

I am rather sure that some of the Blank Recording in my Play List will be the Transmission Network Issue...!!

As for the MaxOnline, I have encountered Wifi for my iphone5 always have difficulty to access to all my various Email and Upload Photos to Instagram and Facebook problem now...!!

If I switch back to my Singtel 3G, everything is Perfect and Alright once again...!! I am able to access to my email and upload all those photos to Instagram and Facebook as well...!!

I will enclosed all those photos for your easy reference soon when I have yet to receive your reply here once again...!!

I do not wish to waste my time just to send email to nowhere or to the wrong Starhub Helpdesk at last...!!

Is this the right attitude and behavior that they can simply handle their customer in this manner...??!!

I truly aware that they know nothing but can only talk and defend themselves well...!!

Since 14 September 2009, when Andy Chang was away to Philippine to train those Technical Support for the three months as I know that those Technical Support Team won't be able to cater to our need at last...!!

Why need to waste his time to train them at that point of time...??!!

I am HP valued customer and using all their products since January 2002...!!

Recently, I have realized that my laptop metal plate have patches of tiny little rusty elements there.

I have officially write-in to compliant but it seems that right now the HP India Office Management Team is Super Unprofessional to handle my case...!!

Even though I have emailed to HP CEO, as nobody cares and reply me at last...!!

I need to draw to your most immediate attention on this issue seriously.

I do hope to meet your Management Team personally to voice out all my utmost frustrations and unhappiness against them to you soonest...!!

Those Technical Support Manager and Senior are simply entertaining me without any knowledge of my case at all as when they simply call my number so far...!!

What I want will be fixed those problems for me as not just talk to me at last...!!

A 2-Year Home Hubbing Pack Express signed with Starhub on Friday, 3 August 2012...

Which is another nightmare for me to overcome it now...!!

Various different Cable TV Technical Support still keep calling me since then.

There are more than four CableTV Technical Support who have contacted me claimed that they are Senior Technical Support since 3 August 2012...!!

I have spoken to the last technical support, Allan Ho on Tuesday, 4 September 2012...!!

To be frank, I don't see any different between Senior and Junior Technical Support from Starhub during our long conversation...!!

I have many more Entertainment and Infotainment Channel from Starhub CableTV as I do not need any of your technical support just called to entertain me at this point of time...

Even though I am extremely upset and angry, I will choose to wait...!! I know that even when I choose to talk, the problem still there...!!

Most of the time, the MaxOnline or Digital Voice Signal will back to Normal once again...

I know that I need to be more patience at all time but Starhub Technicians always upset me as I am able to seriously and boldly tell you now...!!

Come on... Starhub...

Here is the step-by-step guide for time based recording:

Please input the steps in the following Order:

Press on "SmartTV" Button.
Select "Record by Time" Option.
Select Date start Recording(e.g Friday, 30 Nov).
Time to start Recording(e.g 05:00pm).
Select Duration to record (01:00 for one hour, 00:30 for half an
hour).
Select Frequency of recording (e.g Daily / Weekdays / Weekends).
Choose Channel to Record (e.g Channel 826).
Select Folder to save recording under.
Press Blue Button to save recording.
