We refer to our telephone conversation on 26, 29 June, 1, 7, 10, 16
and 17 July 2009 respectively.

We appreciate your valuable feedback and have reviewed the call with
the staff, Simon Wong on how he can improve. We agree with you that
we have to be professional at all times during our interaction with
customers and recognise that the matter could have been better
handled. We assure you that we have closed this service gap with
him.

We seek to clarify that in view of your MaxOnline connection issue,
we recommended you not to collect the premium so that you are able to
withdraw from the promotion in the even the connection is not within
your expectation.

From our findings, those results submitted via direct connection are
within specification. Whereas for those results submitted via a
wireless connection, behind a router is not hitting the minimum
specification.

As shared, we would like to propose a onsite visit by our technician.
However, we understand that you would prefer to try using wired
connection first and contact us to arrange if necessary.

If you still have any further enquiry, do feel free to reply to the
mailbox or you can call us at 1633 (+65 68201633 if you are calling
from overseas)

My dream is to fire those evil...~

My dream is to fire those evil and hypocrite human being in this world...

I truly despise those hypocrite people surrounded me...

Whether you are one of my friends or so... I will really frank to tell you that...

My dream is to fire those evil and hypocrite people especially those Mobile Support who have offended me during this miserable day and night. I will surely put them into the Hypocrite Castle at last and they will stay there forever ever...

Can't you be more professional and understanding....~

Why can't Starhub mobile be more professional as not to upset me everytime...

From mobile support to billing matters... Almost everything they have done so far drive me crazy all the time...

I really don't understand why they can sent multi-racer people to handle me until like what...

This simple case became complicated at last as I need to terminate the Mobile contract due to their dishonesty and unreasonable response...

I don't know why it involved Sale Team due to those dishonest act happened at CnC Tiong Bahru Branch... I will never forgive or forget...

Can't you be more understanding and knowledgeable in future...

All these happening are my problem coz every customer support will know how to give many more crappy excuses once again...

Stop torturing me once again...!!!

Please do not send crappy and hypocrite support to handle me until they are indeed driving me to the grave every moment...

I am physically ill, but mentally I am fine...!! Please don't drive me crazy in a day...!!!

So many support who don't have any knowledge or common sense as I can't say anything to them directly but I will be able to fire and write-in officially...

Dishonesty Act occurred at CnC Tiong Bahru Branch...

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...

Dear Sir/Madam

As a loyal customer with Starhub since 7 April 2004, I am extremely upset and disappointed with all those crappy excuses that they have given me through our conversation with you on Friday, 2 July 2010...

I would like to highlight to you some serious and dishonesty act that I have experience at Cnc Tiong Bahru Branch on Saturday, 8 May 2010...

1] Nobody bother to place the 1GB Memory Card to the new Samsung Omnia II phone...!!!

2] Their customer service support staff are very dishonest and unfriendly. They reluctant to help even though I have already spoken to him on the phone that I was not familiar with PDA phone but Chris who called me willing to guide me when I was there. But all these seem to be empty promises...

3] They just ask me to look for Samsung promoter to assist me at last but nobody was there at the Roadshow during that time...

4] The person who served me don't bother to teach me on anything even though he had an iPhone with him. For setup of the simple feature like date and time, he don't even know as I really wonder why he was indeed so silly to tell me of just like that...!!!

5] Why I need to stay for almost 45 minutes as nobody know anything about this phone at that time. Even for those promoters at the Roadshow...!!!

6] Not many customers during that period of time as its not the matter of waiting that is the matter of handling me like an alien as I will be able to feel it... Even for the handphone pouch, they indeed so bold to deny out of stock!!!

7] Why they try to make up lots of story and give so many crappy excuses that are serious lies if you check through our full conversation once again. I am extremely upset and angry about their character and behaviour as from now...

8] Don't you think that they have been given lots of crappy excuses and telling lies throughout my compliant to you so far with lots of loophole in it... They just to deny of everything that they have done so far...!!!

9] The one and only serious and final way to be able to reveal the truth whether a person is telling lie will be using a Lie Detector if possible as I am bravely and willing to go through all these necessary process...

10] A Price to Pay for it as they are indeed so bold to deny of everything that that they have done become rather serious case right now...

Kindly look into all those matter seriously as I look forward to your immediate action against them.

The exams are not able to specifically detect if a person is lying, according to polygrapher Dr. Bob Lee, former executive director of operations at Axciton Systems, a manufacturer of polygraph instruments. But there are certain physiological responses that most of us undergo when attempting to deceive another person. By asking questions about a particular issue under investigation and examining a subject's physiological reactions to those questions, a polygraph examiner can determine if deceptive behavior is being demonstrated.

An unprofessional and dishonest act occurred at CnC Tiong Bahru Branch...~

Its all due to their unprofessional and dishonest act they have done to me on the 8 May 2010...

One of the sales person overcharged me for my newly re-contract Samsung Omnia II phone for the amount of $188.00 instead of $88.00. Subdsequently, he undercharged me for the phone pouch but they claimed that they never do so as I have already paid to the Whitesands Branch on the same day when he called me to chase for the undercharged amount of $15.00...

They never stamp and put in the phone warranty card in the box at last but they claimed that they have never detained any customer card so far...

They don't even know how to use the simple feature of this new phone even though Chris has promised me on the phone to teach me the general feature of it...

I wonder why he hold an Iphone but don't even know how to handle this simple phone to them as I will be able to feel that they just reluctant to teach me on the spot when I purchased this item from them...

Starhub MaxOnline On-site Fixing of New Cable Point

Starhub MaxOnline On-site Fixing of New Cable Point on Tuesday, 8 June 2010 between 2 pm to 8 pm.

Three Technicians turn-up on-site. They are Hanafiyah, Teo Seng Aun and Larry Chee. Andy Chang do not show up cos he has emergency matter to attend on that day...!!

Fixing of New Cable Point at the Living Room nearer to my existing Desktop take almost 6 hours for those 2 Technicians and 1 Manager to look into it at the same time...!!

Running a long cable connected to by Master Bedroom as well. In case I wish to subscribe to their Starhub Cable TV...!!

Even though you don't wish to handle my case, you still need to face it. Even though you run away just like that, the problem still can't solve at last...~

OpenNet contractors get out of my sight...~





Three of the OpenNet contractors (engaged by Singtel) had damaged two of the ceiling halogen downlight when they installed the cable point and trucking on 1 April 2010...

I feedback to OpenNet as I don't expect them to send an unprofessional contractor, Mr Lim to contact me directly. He don't admit mistake that his contractors had actually done it whether in purpose or accidentally...

Subsequently, he called my handphone number for more than seven times in a row... Follow by using another handphone number to call me continuously... Make me turned crazy at that moment...

Many more unforeseen incidents let me down for the past few weeks...

My heart is bleeding and I am rather disappointed with the network connection coz I have always encountered local access only for the wireless network since then as nobody able to understand and know how to fix the problem at last...

I am upset and miserable due to the intermittently lost connection all the time. What is all this...???

Everyday I will need to wait for a few minutes or even few hours for the connection at last... Sometimes it totally can't being connected even though I have been waited for a few hours...!!!

7… Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

When you fly first class in an airplane, the cabin crew gives you first-class treatment. They ask you, “Is everything okay with you, sir?” They ask you what magazines you want to read. They give you a blanket if you are cold. They give you the best kinds of food. They give you preferential treatment compared to those traveling in economy class.

The grace of God is defined as “undeserved, unearned and unmerited favor”. And one of the definitions for favor is “preferential treatment”! Today, God wants you to know that you have His favor on you. He wants you to know that He gives you preferential treatment which you do not deserve. And He wants you to depend on and take full advantage of it in your life.

God also wants you to know that His favor in your life can be increased. You can experience more of His favor from day to day. How? The Bible tells us in 2 Peter 1:2 that God’s grace (or favor) is multiplied to us “in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord”. The more you behold Jesus and His love for you, the more you believe and confess that God’s favor is on you, the more you will see His favor work for you.

So if you are a doctor, you will find patients favoring you and you will have more patients than you can handle. If you are a businessman, you will find people just wanting to do business with you because they like you and feel good about you. Then, you will have more business than you can handle and you will need to plan for expansion!

When the favor of God shines on your church, you will find its premises too small for the people who queue up week after week to attend the services! So when people wonder and ask, “What is happening here?” you can tell them, “It is the favor of God multiplied all over us!” And it is all undeserved, unearned and unmerited!

Really??? Are you that stupid?

Is there really an investigation? Must there really be one?!?!? Because every single other person I know does not have this issue with thier mobile and I'm pretty certain they have no need for an investigation. And you want me to list down every fault in the sms? Look its pretty obvious when I have issues with sms and mms...When I'm sending them !!!! I doubt that information is nessasary to the 'investigation'.
