Dishonesty Act occurred at CnC Tiong Bahru Branch...

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN...

Dear Sir/Madam

As a loyal customer with Starhub since 7 April 2004, I am extremely upset and disappointed with all those crappy excuses that they have given me through our conversation with you on Friday, 2 July 2010...

I would like to highlight to you some serious and dishonesty act that I have experience at Cnc Tiong Bahru Branch on Saturday, 8 May 2010...

1] Nobody bother to place the 1GB Memory Card to the new Samsung Omnia II phone...!!!

2] Their customer service support staff are very dishonest and unfriendly. They reluctant to help even though I have already spoken to him on the phone that I was not familiar with PDA phone but Chris who called me willing to guide me when I was there. But all these seem to be empty promises...

3] They just ask me to look for Samsung promoter to assist me at last but nobody was there at the Roadshow during that time...

4] The person who served me don't bother to teach me on anything even though he had an iPhone with him. For setup of the simple feature like date and time, he don't even know as I really wonder why he was indeed so silly to tell me of just like that...!!!

5] Why I need to stay for almost 45 minutes as nobody know anything about this phone at that time. Even for those promoters at the Roadshow...!!!

6] Not many customers during that period of time as its not the matter of waiting that is the matter of handling me like an alien as I will be able to feel it... Even for the handphone pouch, they indeed so bold to deny out of stock!!!

7] Why they try to make up lots of story and give so many crappy excuses that are serious lies if you check through our full conversation once again. I am extremely upset and angry about their character and behaviour as from now...

8] Don't you think that they have been given lots of crappy excuses and telling lies throughout my compliant to you so far with lots of loophole in it... They just to deny of everything that they have done so far...!!!

9] The one and only serious and final way to be able to reveal the truth whether a person is telling lie will be using a Lie Detector if possible as I am bravely and willing to go through all these necessary process...

10] A Price to Pay for it as they are indeed so bold to deny of everything that that they have done become rather serious case right now...

Kindly look into all those matter seriously as I look forward to your immediate action against them.

P.S. Please don't try to verify my NRIC anymore as I indeed feel much more upset and frustrated as a customer... I don't think another me will wish to talk to you as always verify NRIC once again... Otherwise simply reply me via email will do as I will take necessary action at last...
