If Samsung don't intend to change the phone...~

If Samsung don't intend to change the phone, don't have to give empty promises since last year...!

I indeed feel very bad about this incident happen to me...!

Why Samsung so unprofessional and so hypocrite to handle my small matter until a really big problems now...!

If Samsung carry on their "tai chi" attitude or whatsoever things they like, I really can't say anything without your assistance and guidance so far...!

If you are in my shoe, how do you feel against their profession and customer support...!

Samsung Service Centre, Century Square not aware of anything regards to my phone problems so far and nobody knows about my new phone too...!
