We refer to your emails dated 25 March 2015 on a Do Not Call (“DNC”) related complaint.

 

2             Thank you for sending us the individual screenshots. However, as explained in our earlier email reply on 25 March 2015, we would need the date and time of each message received for our further investigation. As some of the screenshots provided was without the date and time information, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the said information using the following table:

3              This information is important for us for investigation purpose. Please note that we may not be able to proceed with our investigation if insufficient information was provided. As part of our investigation, our officers may also contact you to record your statement on the alleged offence.

 

4        For your information, if the text message received on your mobile phone relates to unlicensed moneylending, we will help to lodge the case with the Police on your behalf. The Police are the relevant authority to report to and investigate into such offences.

 

5        If you have any other information related to suspected unlicensed moneylending activities, you may also wish to report the matter to the following:

 

a.      the National Crime Prevention Council’s (“NCPC”) ‘X Ah Long’ Hotline at1800-924-5664(1800-X-AH-LONG); or

b.      the Police Crimestopper Portal athttps://app.spf.gov.sg/CrimeStopper/CrimeStopper.aspx; or
