The Starhub CableTV TS who has called me earlier on is ABC or XYZ...??!!

I seriously unable to get his name even though I have asked him twice...!!

I know he is a Malay as I can remember it clearly but I can't really recall back his name...!!

Other than that, I have totally forgotten le...!! Why provide me those names to remember...??!!

He do not know how and what to assist me as why he must call me personally at 8.08 pm...??!!

I must let him know that no more entertainment or infotainment business with them anymore...!!

They can't send Chinese TS or simply reply all my email to them...??!!
