P.S. This incident occurred in 10 December 2012 as I need your urgent attention too...!! My first and also the last attempt to call your Starhub Hotline 1633...!! I am upset with them even right now...!! No courtesy to say I don't know how to answer your query as don't simply restart the network cos I was using my laptop and access Internet at that time okay...!!
