I go to bed as early as 8.30 pm...~

Today... Tuesday, 25 August 2009...~

I go to bed as early as 8.30 pm but I can't get back to sleep until past 12.30 am...~

No doubt I am rather tired and my whole body and head is aching but I can't rest and sleep in peace always...

Usually, I will watch any TV Programme and tune-in to Gold 90 until I doze off at last... Lol...~

But nowadays, I realised that probably due to my brain cell is functioning 24 hours round the clock at all time so I unable to sleep and rest in peace all the time... Lol...~
