Bitterness and unfairness...

There are lots of bitterness and unfairness in my heart as I able to feel it when I totally stress out due to this simple phone problems...

This bitterness and sadness is not as bad as Singtel matter overall but I still need to handle it by myself...

I am extremely disappointed with Samsung Services right now...

I am extremely upset with their after sale service handle by mDR too...
