Levin still never reply or contact me so far...! I already email to Abby, Samsung Customer Service, Century Square... She knows all my problems but never call me too...!

I guess she can't solve my problems even I go there...!

I don't know what is Levin doing now but of course I am very upset with them once again...

They are so irresponsible all the time as I can say...
