Last night when I call Starhub 1633 as their KL Technical Support simply hold my line and eventually Restart my Network Connection just like that...!!

Last night when I call Starhub 1633 as their KL Technical Support simply hold my line and eventually Restart my Network Connection just like that...!!

I can see that my modem is Restart by itself as my Digital Voice line is disconnected after 10 minutes later...!!

So upset and angry as she can't even give me a chance to speak out...!!
