Urgent Attention to Starhub CEO

Dear Sir

I have complied most of the email to Technical Helpdesk as it seem someone is sitting on it at last...!!

I need to draw to your most immediate attention on this issue seriously.

I do hope to meet your Management Team personally to voice out all my utmost frustrations and unhappiness against them to you soonest...!!

Those Technical Support Manager and Senior are simply entertaining me without any knowledge of my case at all as when they simply call my number so far...!!

What I want will be fixed those problems for me as not just talk to me at last...!!

A 2-Year Home Hubbing Pack Express signed with Starhub on Friday, 3 August 2012...

Which is another nightmare for me to overcome it now...!!

Even though in all my Email that I have mentioned... Please Do Not Call Me, Reply Via Email Only... As I think they don't understand my Email or my English to them...!!

Various different Cable TV Technical Support still keep calling me since then.

They seriously drive me crazy and turn me to become an Angry Bird since August 2012...!!

Since my First CableTV Appointment with Starhub Technicians on Friday, 3 August 2012...

My nightmare starts rolling in one by one...!!

There are more than four CableTV Technical Support who have contacted me claimed that they are Senior Technical Support since 3 August 2012...!!

I have spoken to the last technical support, Allan Ho on Tuesday, 4 September 2012...!!

To be frank, I don't see any different between Senior and Junior Technical Support from Starhub during our long conversation...!!

I have many more Entertainment and Infotainment Channel from Starhub CableTV as I do not need any of your technical support just called to entertain me at this point of time...

Even though I am extremely upset and angry, I will choose to wait...!! I know that even when I choose to talk, the problem still there...!!

Most of the time, the MaxOnline or Digital Voice Signal will back to Normal once again...

I know that I need to be more patience at all time but Starhub Technicians always upset me as I am able to seriously and boldly tell you now...!!

Come on... Starhub...
Please fix all your MaxOnline... Digital Voice and CableTV lost signal issue as don't always let me feedback or compliant to Starhub CEO one day...!!

I am truly exhausted too...!!

I am giving you a very Truthful and Sincere Feedback or Compliant all the time as I truly hope you will seriously and sincerely assist me too...!!

When I say no other technicians can call me but it's seem that they do not understand my Email or my English as they still can simply call me as and when they wish to call me...!!

I really don't understand them at last even I choose not to talk to them...!!!??

Those are all my frustrations too...!!

How will be your first reaction if everyday you've received different calls from Singtel and Starhub...??!!

My reaction towards all these calls will be Upset and Angry...!! Sooner or later become Angry Bird...!!

Nobody understand what I want at last as I can simply tell you right now...!!

Otherwise, why they are calling me for...?!!!

To rectify problem or create a new problem for themselves...??!!

I seriously don't understand them at all even though we have spoken for more than one hour at last...!!??

It's rather too confusing for me to handle them via phone at this time cos my mind can't settle down at this time...!!

Even though you're unable to handle customer at this time, it's alright for me...!!

Can't you reply email instead...!!

As what I have emailed Starhub CEO 3 years ago, nobody will be tactful enough to handle my issue so far...??!!

If 3 years ago my Modem and Router have caused the Same Problem as why I still can Access to Internet since 8 June 2010...??!!

Kindly listen to our Voice Talk on Friday, 30 November 2012 at 4.33 pm to 5.45 pm. As you will be able to understand why I am extremely upset with Starhub Technical Support right now...!!

It can also be classified as Totally Give Up...!!

What I want and my request will be a Good Network for both my MaxOnline and Digital Voice...!!

Is that very difficult for your department to handle me to my various queries so far...??!!

I don't think it's a need to send someone just to Entertain Me as I can see for myself now...!!

Probably those Senior think that they're indeed very Smart to handle me ba...!!?? As they do not know how smart I am going to feedback about them at last...!!

I am telling you the True Story as I don't have to worry about it right...??!!

Come on...!! What is what make me truly confusing and misleading now...!!

I hope I won't be throwing more email to your department any further...!!

I am indeed upset with them as why they always call me...!!??

I have already updated all my blog if you've know it since 2 years ago...!!
