Email from Technical Helpdesk dated 5 December 2012... Feedback on Service...

Dear Ms Yeo

With reference to your email dated 3 & 4 Dec 2012, as well as our
conversation. We apologise that we took longer than usual to
acknowledge and reply to your email.

As shared, Mr Andy Chang is no longer with the department, we will be
forwarding your call back request for Broadband and Digital Voice
service to the relevant team to follow up. We would appreciate if you
can provide us with a brief description of the problem that you are
experiencing with the broadband and Digital Voice service, as well as
convenient date & time for them to call you.

We would seek to clarify that the reason why we are calling you, is
because we hope that we can resolve the problem over the phone
instead of lengthy email exchanges. However, we would definitely
respect your instruction should you prefer to have email
correspondences.

We hope that we address your concerns adequately, If you have any
