A Service Manager can handle customer in such an Unprofessional manner until I am totally disappointed and crazy with the entire department now...
Until someone out there reply an email to me...!!??
I don't think he is the one who reply that particular email as I can see now...!!
Even he has replied, I won't be easily giving them anymore chance from now on...!!
How can all my various email need to catch hold by him just like that at last...??!!
As he simply called me just to show that he is capable or what...??!!
