No more Philippine Call Centre for Starhub Technical Support nowadays...!!

I am indeed pleased to hear that from one of the Technical Support recently...!!

I don't choose to call 1633 for their assistant since 2009...!!

I truly aware that they know nothing but can only talk and defend themselves well...!!

Since 14 September 2009, when Andy Chang was away to Philippine to train those Technical Support for the three months as I know that those Technical Support Team won't be able to cater to our need at last...!!

Why need to waste his time to train them at that point of time...??!!

Every question and every solution can't be solved as they are trying to create another big problem for themselves at last...!!

I am indeed pleased to hear that no more calls will be diverted to there anymore...!!

Another Technical Support Team will be from the KL Call Centre which is Super Stupid too...!! They have no knowledge and unprofessional to handle customer as well...!!
