I will never use HP Products forever ever...!!
I am HP valued customer and using all their products since January 2002...!!
Recently, I have realized that my laptop metal plate have patches of tiny little rusty elements there.
I have officially write-in to compliant but it seems that right now the HP India Office Management Team is Super Unprofessional to handle my case...!!
Even though I have emailed to HP CEO, as nobody cares and reply me at last...!!
Is this the right attitude for them to handle a customer in such a way...??!!
I can assured you that I will not consider any HP Products in the future...!!
