Reply from Cable TV Technical Support...

Thank you for your e-mail on 2 September 2012.

With regard to the issue faced, we wish to share that the possible
reason could be, there is a conflict on your programmes scheduled to
record. Recording via series will not be recorded during the first
telecast and will record during the repeats instead, if there are
other programmes being scheduled to record via show/time during the
same timing.
As most programmes available for series recording have multiple
repeats, our Hub Station will give priority to those programmes
scheduled to record (by show/time) instead.

As for your query on the recording capacity , we've attached a copy
of the HD HubStation User manual for your reference.
As an additional information, our HD Hubstation has a HDD capacity of
320GB and it allows you to record up to 160 hours of SD programs and
30 hours of HD programs

If you have any questions on StarHub TV and MaxOnline services,
please call us on our Customer Care hotline at 1633 (+65 6820 1633
from overseas), e-mail to this address or fax in to 6720 5000.

Yours sincerely
