If I will compliant more about their Technical Support, it defeat my main purpose there...!!

I am rather confident that those Technical Support need more Discipline at last from their department concerned...!!

I don't have to forward all my various email to the Sale Team as I am the New Customer for CableTV since 3 August 2012...!!
