I have received new error messages from Internet Explorer browser and Mozilla browser now...~

Ever since 16 September 2009, I have received various new error messages whenever I go online...

Internet Explorer not responding...
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand
Server not found. Firefox can't find the server at www.blogger.com
The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading

It takes more than 3 minutes just to go to Yahoo Home Page most of the time. I really don't know how to monitor or feedback to whoever right now..!!
